This condo had everything. All health and beauty products. New smart big tvs in every bedroom. Plenty of nice chairs on the patio. We had two other condos and our condo had the most dishes. Great cookware. Washing powder. Cascade. Spices. Coffee and filters. Top notch everything. Will be back for sure.

Azure 616 was a perfect for our family. We had the best time! Beach access was phenomenal and the beach service provided was a definite plus. All the extra amenities were top notch! The condo was clean and a perfect space for 6 adults. The view could not have been better. Rick was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!!

The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our days at the beach. The host was available when I reached out and extremely kind and helpful. Everyone in the family of 7 of us loved our stay.

We have stayed at Azure for spring break since 2013. The property is well maintained and consistently clean. Our unit was very well stocked and clean. Other than the master screen door needing work, it was lovely. The beach is well maintained. Our only disappointment was the removal of the three gas grills, which were replaced with two picnic (no lid) park-style charcoal grills. We were told the condo board decided the grills were a consistent problem. With a heavy renter concentration of families and Midwesterners, this decision may backfire. The gas grills were a nice feature. The charcoal replacements were underwhelming. Additionally, we were told that the chair service is changing next year. Every renter will have to individually contract for chairs, which will not be included with units. At $35/day for 2 chairs and an umbrella this will be a sizeable extra expense. As these units are already expensive, I wonder if rental prices will reflect the change.

This property exceeded my expectations. He has beach towels, fans for those like me. I have to have one to fall asleep. Extra chairs to take to the beach. Just alot of little things. Forget your toothbrush, you will have one when you arrive.

Great unit, just a few thing we didn’t like. 1. We thought there was to much furniture in the living room, Hard to move around when the wife was in her wheelchair. 2. 2 different toilets broke, but was taken care of when they could get someone to come to fix it! 3. There have been a little more cleaning done, some dirty silverware And cobwebs in some of the corners in the bedroom ceilings! But we had a good time and loved the view!

The location is perfect. The scenery from the balcony is gorgeous. The owner Rick was the most helpful, nice owner I have ever dealt with. He was totally happy to help and answer any questions. The actual unit was very clean and was really nice. The owner added a bunch of extra touches that my wife really appreciated The unit was really clean, had lots of amenities and very quiet with quick access to the secret elevator. Beach chair set up was the best we’ve had and the access and location was excellent. Just a short walk to the beach. The pools and hot tubs were clean and great to use. I’ll be back again.

The condo we rented was absolutely amazing. We had a beach view with a balcony so we could enjoy the ocean. There were extras in the room such as binoculars, a cooler, and games. The rooms were clean and inviting. Location was excellent!

I can't say enough about this wonderful condo! We love the layout which allowed my husband and I to have privacy and quiet time even with 4 teenagers. The Condo is spacious with spectacular views and beautifully decorated in rich, warm colors of a tropical island style (much more beautiful than the pics show). The entire unit is abundantly stocked with kichen supplies, bath and beach towels, grooming accessories, games, huge flatscreen TVs in every room, and so much more that I can't begin to list them all. The owners certainly thought of everything, and went above and beyond to provide luxury and comfort. The best part is we don't have to look through 100's of listings to find the perfect place to stay for our next visit to the beach. This is it!!!

Very good communication. The owner was helpful, friendly and quick in his responses from the time I first made contact with him till we had to load up and return home. We really like Azure, and this was an excellent representative unit. We would definitely consider Azure 616 again next time we're in FWB.

What a great vacation! This sixth-floor condo has amazing views. Many days I could watch dolphins swim by. The owner, Rick, provides beach services during season. The heated pool and hot tubs were marvelous. The condo was equipped with everything I needed. Rick was a thoughtful, considerate host. He was quick to respond and also reached out to check on any needs I might have. Beds are very comfortable. I am hoping to return next winter.

What a gem this property is!the unit has it all:spacious, unbelievable ocean views, easy beach access, well stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities, plentiful parking, comfortable beds, great location... Owner even called to make sure all was well. Looking forward to our next visit!

We love, love, love this property! The pictures for this condo are more than accurate! Beautiful oceanfront penthouse with beautiful ocean views at every angle. Large balcony with comfortable table set and chairs The living space is cozy and comfortable, bedrooms are large each with its own bathroom and all have large TV’s. Fully stocked kitchen with EVERYTHING! Thanksgiving dinner easily prepared for over 20 people. Booking was fast and easy and any questions that we had; the owner Rick was quick to respond. The amenities are above and beyond, five-star hotel level. This place has everything that you need and more, including games. Well kept property and you can tell that the owner takes pride in providing not just a property, but the ultimate experience. #spoiled #willbeback

Our condo was clean and well stocked with everything needed to get us started for the week. The TV and WiFi were high quality and easy to use. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. The owner checked in with us several times to make sure everything was good. We would definitely return to this property for another stay in the future.

This is our favorite place to stay in Ft Walton Beach. The top floor condo is nicely furnished and all the appliances are very nice. The view from the large balcony is great. We definitely plan to stay here again.

This condo is a great property. My friends and I stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The condo is beautiful and well maintained. There was coffee in the kitchen and toiletries in all the bathrooms for us to use. What a nice touch that was for us. The condo is on the top floor of the property and we never heard any noise from the neighbors. It has a great balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. It was very convenient to have access to two umbrellas and 4 beach chairs everyday. The owner of the condo checked in with us several times to make sure everything was good. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

This was our first trip to Okaloosa Island! This Penthouse was amazing in every way! The owner Rick was very accommodating. He checked on us several times during our stay. During our stay we needed one thing and Rick was very responsive making sure someone took care of it right away. We appreciated this. The views from the balcony were amazing and we even saw dolphins. It was so nice to have 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs on the beach which are included with this condo. This condo was clean and well stocked with anything you could need. There are complimentary toiletries and bags of coffee beans. We had a fantastic memory filled vacation. We would highly recommend this condo to all friends and family. Would love to vacation again in this Penthouse condo.

Awesome condo in every way! Azure is a great location on the island and this unit is perfectly located in the building. Close to what my family called "the secret elevator" which made trips to the pool and beach easy and not crowded. Not the best for getting to the parking garage but that wasn't an issue for us as we hardly left the property. The view from the balcony was perfect and we all enjoyed using the telescope. The kitchen had everything you'd possibly need for cooking any meal, which we did all week. There was even a package of nice chopsticks that were perfect for our daughter's dinner contribution of Raman Noodle Bar. We're big coffee drinkers and appreciated the grinder and complimentary bag of beans. We loved the YETI mugs for coffee or mixed drinks on the balcony. The condo was clean and well stocked with bathroom toiletries and even beach towels, which we didn't discover until the end of the week. At one point, midweek, the TV remote in the living wasn't working and I proclaimed "I bet they have batteries somewhere around here!" and sure enough, we easily found them and got the remote working again. It's clear that this unit is more than just a basic rental property - it was almost like staying at a friends place. We appreciated all the personal touches and trust and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This was our first time to Okaloosa in July. This condo far exceeded our expectations! The most well stocked kitchen of any condo we’ve stayed in (and we come a lot during other times of the year.) The condo was super clean - even the lightly colored grout! The owner checked in on us several times to make sure we didn’t need anything and that the accommodations we’re right for us. As a special touch, there were toiletries stocked in case we had forgotten anything! The pools were great and the kids loved the splash pad area. Having double chairs and umbrellas were a huge reason why we picked this condo to begin with. Very impressed and absolutely will stay here again.

My family and I had a great experience at this condo. It had everything you could need for a beach trip. The condo was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Also it was very easy to get checked in and out. I will look forward to future stays here.

First off I will say this is an amazing condo. It is decorated so nice - plenty of space with beautiful views off the balcony of the beach. Within walking distance of some really great restaurants and souvenir shops. When we first got there the air was not working which it was pretty warm and that was a little frustrating but Rick was great and got someone in the next afternoon to get it fixed for us. The 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas were a great asset to have we used those pretty much every day. It was definitely nice also having two pools and hot tubs. I would recommended this condo to any family and friends and we will definitely be coming back again. We had a great week with lots of wonderful memories made!!! Spacious updated property with beautiful finishes and all the comforts of home. This condo has great views of the ocean and white sand beach. Located a short walk or drive to restaurants and entertainment. The kids enjoyed the nice pools and water play area. I would highly recommend this condo.
