We loved this condo...the view and being on the water was perfect!

The location at the end of Tigertail Beach is great, the building was easy in and out, the pool outstanding. But the sunset views from the balcony were stunning!! Love Marco and would stay here again next week!

Overall the condo was great. You can't beat the view and access to Marco Island and Tiger Tail beaches. Views are stunning looking out to sea and with lots of bird watching looking out over the lagoon. Unit is very comfortable for 4 adults. Owner is very responsive when some issues arose. Inquire about wifi if you don't have unlimited data which we had because wifi in unit was very spotty.

Really enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable place with panoramic views! Loved the beach views and the sunsets over the Gulf. The place was stocked with beach umbrellas and towels and these wonderful Tommy Bahamas backpack beach chairs with drink holders and a small cooler and storage space. They were perfect to take down to the beach! The pool was very nice as well. We were close to restaurants and shopping. Our Host Sue Keller was very friendly and accommodating answering many questions before our stay and even during our stay. She was wonderful! Can’t wait to come back!

The views from this unit are breathtaking-even better than the photos! We loved the wrap around balcony that over looks Tiger Tail beach and enjoyed our morning coffee there every day. The unit is spacious, well appointed and was very clean! The beach cart came in very handy to bring the beach chairs, umbrella (all included) down to the beach. We also played pickle ball every day-the courts are very convenient to tower 4. This was our second stay in this complex and found Sue’s condo superior. She was very responsive to questions and accommodating. We highly recommend Sue as an owner and this incredible condo!

We had a great time staying at Sue’s condo. The location was perfect as it was close to everything. The view from the wrap around balcony was unbeatable! The condo was well taken care of and had everything we needed. This was the perfect spot to spend Thanksgiving!

We had a great time. The only negative comment would be the lack of sufficient toilet paper (one roll per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels for four adults for eight days. The beds were very comfortable and the view outstanding.

Our family of 4 all agreed this is the first vacation we’ve taken where we could just RELAX. Property was clean, inviting and well stocked with beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, cart and more. Loved having a full kitchen and full size fridge (versus typical hotel). Host was quick to answer and very friendly. View from 10th floor corner unit is amazing. Highly recommend this owner and unit. Plan to be back again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sue’s condo. She was a very communicative host and let us know the check-in process on the day of our arrival, and also made sure everything went well. The only downside to check-in was having to pay for a parking permit for the week. This condo is in good condition and fit our family of 4, two adults and two teenagers, very well. The king bed was super comfortable and our girls liked their bedroom. The best feature of this property is, without a doubt, the balcony. Because of its location in tower 4, it looks out onto the water, both the Gulf and the natural lagoon where you can see fishing jumping and egrets hunting. There are no buildings obscuring any view and there is ample privacy with the wrap-around feature. I tend to wake early, and so I spent every morning drinking coffee and watching the stars fade and the sky start to lighten with the sunrise. We watched the swallow-tailed kites fly by, and numerous other birds we don’t see in Pennsylvania. Summer brings the occasional afternoon and evening storm, and one night we had the pleasure of watching a lightning show light up the entire sky for hours. When it was time to depart, I had trouble closing the sliding glass doors for good. It’s that lovely. There are plenty of items for the beach, as other reviewers have mentioned. It took us about 10 minutes to walk from the condo to the beach front, not bad at all. Additionally, the kitchen is just fine for preparing meals if you don’t want to eat out every night. We had a wonderful time. Marco Island is gorgeous, the water was like a giant swimming pool, the shells are amazing, and we can’t wait to return. We would absolutely rent this property again!

Great place and we will definitely be back. The views were outstanding. Better than the photos. Great access to beach and to Tiger Tail Park. It’s a must to kayak from Tiger Tail to the beaches. Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Sue is a super help if needed.

My husband and I spent 7 nights in this condo. We've stayed in various rentals in various locations and this was one of the tops. We stayed in this same building last year with a different owner and both of us thought this was much better. Communication with Sue was excellent. Check in had a few glitches but were quickly resolved and we were in the condo and enjoying our stay. The owners have thought of everything-VERY

We've stayed at South Seas NW numerous times over the past few years. While we've always enjoyed our stays, we prefer the upgrade to the corner units, which offer more deck space to take in the views and the magnificent Gulf sunsets. This is a delightful condo. Neat and clean. It also provides an entire closet full of beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, cart, essentials. Just pack lightly and enjoy the beach and the casual atmosphere of Marco Island.

We had a fun time at this condo! The views are so amazing! We watched the sunset from the deck and it was prefect! We thought it was fun how everyone clapped when the sun set. Master bed is super comfy and loved how the condo was equipped with many things, so we didn’t have to buy everything! The owner is extremely prompt at communicating and even let us have a later check-out, which was really helpful. We were there for spring break so it was so busy. Pool was closed a couple days, which was a bummer… but worked out fine because we just hit the beach! Condo is located super close to several restaurants. If your planning a trip to Marco, you will not be disappointed with this condo :)

You can't beat walking right out to the beach each day. And all restaurants are a short drive away. A perfect get away for our family.

The condo was great! Very clean! Beautiful views of the beach and amazing sunsets! Sue was fantastic and made the whole process very easy!

Wonderful place to stay for our 8 days. Wish we could have stayed longer. On arrival we get such a beachy ocean feeling with the decor. Located on the gulf we were able to walk to the beach and do some shelling. The weather this trip compared to 2 years ago was a little bit cooler but were still able to bask in the sun around the heated pool. Beach towels provided. Beds were so comfortable with plenty of extra bedding. Had a nice little kitchen with all the dishware, pans, silverware, microwave, coffee maker etc. Plenty of parking outside the covered parking if needed. Bikes provided and people were riding on the side walks on Collier Blvd. Easy trip from Fort Myers Airport. Multiple great restaurants (some requiring reservations), many with outdoor patios and a variety of boating trips to sign up for. Finally the sunset view from our 10th floor wrap around patio was fabulous!!! Thank you Sue for a wonderful place for R&R.

If you want to wake up to ocean views from every window and see the most glorious sunset each night, this is the place to stay. Accommodating, welcoming with the perfect location, I highly recommend this condo rental.

This was our first time in Marco Island and we could not have been happier that we picked this condo! The location of this condo compared to the others within the building and in tower 3 is unsurpassed! Somehow, the setting - with no other buildings next to you - made it feel secluded - even in a huge high rise condo building. The pictures are true and accurate, communication with the owner was fantastic, and again the view is just stunning. The condo had everything we needed for the beach and pool which was nice since we couldn't bring all of that with us. I would certainly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time!

The owners Instructions were clear and easy. Very nice people to communicate with. The Condo was very clean. Just like the photos. The owners provided everything you would need for a beach vacation. Chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, pool /beach noodles, a cart to put it all in, Etc… The wrap around balcony had plenty of chairs for enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine and the mornings with a cup of coffee/tea. Our family had a wonderful time.

The view from this condo is amazing! Watched the sunsets every night. The beds are extremely comfortable and the owner Sue was wonderful to work with! The only bad thing we saw was there was mold on the air vent in the hallway, more of a south seas issue not an owner issue. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The only negative was the looooong walk to beach. It would be great if the condo or city of Marco Island would provide some type of shuttle or at least provide some type of motorized cart available to rent to get to beach, especially for senior citizens.

Lovely condo, but needs some updating. Great value, however and would stay here again. Wouldn’t recommend the pool. Lots of kids and the water was very warm. Close to beach access and loved the kayak rental hut within walking distance.

We had a great stay in Marco! The location on our favorite spot in Marco made for a very relaxing vacation. Though the facility was very crowded we still felt we had our own little space to relax. Tennis, beach runs and lots of fun in the sand for all. Thank you for a great week!
