Food is not getting delivered on Time

Staff is very good. I got the hurt my left hand . One of the staff member immediately helped me and done the first aid .. Very friendly and nice hotel.

The location is exceptionally good and so were the staffs ! The buffet spread was also good... The rooms are nice and cozy

spacious room clean but lack of basic amenities like tea kettle,toiletries,was a bad experience no bell boy for luggage ,uhave to carry your own luggage to your room the price at which yhey r offering the room is not right.

There was a lot of dust in the room, though it was cleaned everyday I think if the floor had a carpet would be better, and the towels need to be at least new ones not like the one given as moist and worn-out
