Location right next to the university, while also close to the city centre (15 min walking distance). We stayed in a separate house with only two apartments in it. The one on the ground floor was a smaller one, an the one on the upper floor had more space, and was equipped with a very large bathroom. Key-less access worked well, and all communication was through WhatsApp as there was no reception. The apartment was very warm and comfortable.

There was no toiletries provided, only liquid soap for hand washing next to the sink. The sound isolation is not great - you can hear noise from outside or neighbouring apartment.

The most important is the AI check-in system in this guest house. Kitchen facility to keep your stay culture oriented in a different best experience.

In my experience of several time stay i don't find anything negative here.

It is worth it compare to the price you pay.

because of paper wall and bathroom which was outside of the room and the sink was blocked I did not like it.

The house is next to the university, which is convenient.

the host does not respond to messages. the room does not have curtain, therefore you cannot sleep later in the morning as the sunshine will wake you up. the room has bad sound insulation, i.e. you can hear each voice outside your room, thus not good for a quiet sleep.

The technological management and the stress-free location and the freedom of movement. I never thought I am being monitored.

The hall and bathroom were a bit cold. But I know the entire country has problems with fuel and gas supply. In the kitchen, the kit of knife, spoon, and other things are not in good condition. I was struggling to find flip-flops. I assume a few can be located in the toilets.

comfort an nice place to stay. check in was very easy (however please be more specific with details about unlocking/locking rooms) bus station very near to the property.

only problem was that there was no curtains in the room which caused the sun to be shining at 5 AM (in summer) however I am sure this was because my room seemed quite new and updated so I guess they will solve this :). other than that nothing to complain about at all.

Comfortable rooms but for short term stay

Room was clean, location was good, and wifi was very good.

It was very noisy, the guests did not care about the other guests and spoke loudly late at night. The bathroom was connected to the room, which woke me up early in the morning. I had an important meeting where I needed to rest, but I could not.

It is a house at a very quiet place, surrounded by the green area. In the morning you can hear birds around. There is plenty of free parking on the street. Three large bathrooms are shared between six rooms, but very often not all rooms are occupied, so you have basically a private bathroom.

The guesthouse is very clean and in the quite part of the city. You can sleep well there. Beds are comfortable. The common kitchen and the bathroom are accessible from the corridor. The kitchen has basic equipment to store and prepare food. You can park for free on the street. Supermarket is 2min walking. City center is 10min by car. Easy access to property with the code.
