Exquisite hotel, extremely clean and spacious, excellent and rich breakfast, very good location.

location and the hotel and rooms itself. very modern. free parking in the center! good breakfast! friendly staff. everything in city center walking distance! coffee in the room!

Airco or ventilator would have been handy as it was a very hot day.

Breakfast was good. Service also . Location very good.

Confirmation was for matrimonial size bed but room was with 2 single beds. When you ask in reception they every time told that "We have beds only like this" and no any tentative for refund money from their side. What they confirm and what they sell is not same. I have ask for compensation of my money and is refused. The ridiculous think was that we take 3 bottle of water from reception and receptionist was not there only night guard. We write in a piece of paper room number and please add to room bill but they send somebody in middle of night on room to collect money of 3 water ??????

It was all new and so very clean. The breakfast was brilliant and the staff were fabulous! In general it was a great experience.

I missed a minibar and AC but I am spoiled. :-)

This is a hotel run by the Catholic Church and it's a delight. Huge, wide corridors and spacious comfortable rooms. Breakfast only €9 per person, which put Ibis and others to shame. Paderborn is a nice enough place, but I'm afraid the RAF made a huge mess of it in 1945 and the rebuilding effort can only be described as a partial success. Good range of restaurants though and nice, like nearly all modern German towns

The location is fantastic. It’s all very clean and very calm. It has all you need, all of good quality. it’s quiet and calm. Breakfast was good but simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and well organized hotel in a beautiful historic building. The staff were very friendly and both sightseeing and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance.

The room was very modern and of an exceptionally high standard, feeling more 4-star than 3-star. Friendly staff. Central yet quiet location in the city. Good value. Feels like a normal hotel in spite of being run by a church organisation.

The building itself is stunning. Large white halls with views into the courtyard. The rooms were large and very comfortable. And with everything being crisp white, you really notice the cleanliness.

Sadly, the car park wasn't availble during my stay. But this was a minor blip in otherwise a fantastic stay

Was ok but my expectations were higher and probably because of that not a higher rating. Service could have been a bit better and also not as friendly as I would expect. Some confusion if we could get breakfast or no was not as smooth as we would like and cleaning came at 8am and then didn't come back later in the day.

Very good place in the Center of town . Good Parking and an awesome breakfast . The room was very nice too.

Check in did not advise of elevator so I dragged my suitcase up to the second floor with a bad knee. Found out later that an elevator was available.

Stayed here for the second time, and again, a wonderful experience. Generous size room, spotlessly clean, super staff, great breakfast.
