Absolutely charming home and so comfortable! Just like being at my grandmother’s! Beds are super comfortable. Also got to meet an owner and he was really nice!!

The house is completely ready to be used when you get there clean comfortable nice location this house is just waiting to snuggle with you

The cement steps that lead down to the house from the parking area is not exactly people friendly it's not real easy to navigate that's the only drawback the house is very nice and very immaculate

The Reed House was a cute, comfortable and very welcoming. Everything was available for a warm and cozy stay. Loved the white fluffy towels, cozy bed & comforters, the kitchen has Everything!! The half n half pods were a savior since we forgot to pick up milk!! We especially loved the all the thoughtful touches. So A+!

Some recommendations to make it more elderly accessible. To keep the road facing front gate unlocked/with lock & key so we can drop our elderly off at rhe front which is far more elderly accessible, than the steep big descend from the back. Some Citronella/lemongrass plants on the patios and around the swing set would keep big mosquitoes at bay. Also a hand rail on the stairs on both sides since the 2nd floor steps are narrow. But all in all we would stay again in a heartbeat!! Thank you so much!

Location right in town.

My lower ratings were based on you had to wait 20-30 minutes between showering. At $150 a night that is not acceptable.

The location was perfect and we loved the outdoor spaces. Really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants across the street and "people watch" from the front porch. It was cozy and very comfortable.

Carpet could use an update and the furniture was a little dated but that would not keep us from returning.
