Venez séjourner dans notre belle maison privée en bord de mer à Las Conchas dans la section 8. Hacienda est une propriété en bord de mer qui comprend une maison principale de plus de 2500 pieds carrés avec une grande cuisine à aire ouverte / espace de vie familial, trois chambres et trois salles de bain. également disponible est une 4ème chambre avec salle de bain complète (Casita). Le patio couvert donnant sur la mer de Cortez est de plus de 1500 pieds carrés avec table à manger, 4 grandes chaises longues, un grand barbecue au propane. La maison se trouve juste sur la mer de Cortez.

The property manager welcomed us and was very friendly. The hoise was beautiful and very well cared for. It was stocked with plenty of fresh towels and any other everyday items you would need. It is top 3 of all beach houses i have stayed at in Ricky Point

It was perfect for my 70th birthday with family! House was super well stocked and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Las Conchas is the closest thing to a private beach. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful time here. We have been coming to RP for over 20 yrs and this was the cleanest place that we have stayed. The house had a clean smell to it, the sheets were high quality. Some parts of the Los Conchas beach has exposed reef but this area is mostly good sand with only a few rocks.

Great location! I love that you can just walk out the door right to the ocean. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings with our coffee, watching the ocean. Then played in the ocean all day long. This house is well stocked with pans, dishes, and other kitchen gadgets you would need. We get fish from the fish market, and then just stay at the house the rest of the time and cook food there, so this home was perfect for that. It’s a very clean beautiful home the layout was perfect for three couples. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay as best we could. The picture of the wooden steps touching the sandy beach is misleading. It doesn’t exist. There’s a 4’ drop from the last step to the beach. It was difficult for half my family to navigate stepping over the wall to walk down the path to the beach. I picked this house and paid extra for the ease of getting onto the beach. It has been this way for sometime because the neighbors have steps to the beach. The picture should be taken down or fix the problem. Otherwise, everything was good. I felt bad because my father and uncle couldn’t enjoy the beach as much as they would’ve liked.

Our group with young kids had a great time at this property! The house is the cleanest and most convenient place we've stayed in Rocky Point. Everything was working in the house: AC nice and cool, fans in the bedrooms, comfy beds, plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked. It was great having the washer/dryer, plenty of drinking water, and we used all the beach gear provided as well. Thank you! We'll be back again!

Wow is all I can say. The kitchen has everything you need. Each room has a private exit to a beautiful large deck. The beds and linens were soft and clean.

WOW - What a Great House!
We stayed in October 2021, and everything was excellent. The house is exactly as advertised, with wonderful furnishings and fully-stocked everything. We have been renting in Rocky Point for about 30 years, and this is the nicest and best equipped home we have rented. Awesome patio with great views from all rooms. The beautiful wood doors are a nice touch, as are the side door panels that open up and have bug screens to allow a cool breeze through the house. Excellent HVAC, although we barely needed the A/C as the weather was perfect. No clunky sliding glass doors that NEVER work properly on the beach!
The owner Sam was there getting the house ready when we checked in. The Property Manager (Karina) gave my wife a tour of the house and her number if we needed anything. The house was so perfect, we didn't have to call her.

Beautiful beach house with an incredible patio
The home is great - location is easy to get to, spacious, well appointed, clean - but what makes this place different is it's huge patio overlooking the beach.
The patio had plenty of both sun and shade and big enough for 8 of us to chill, play, and generally all hang out without being cramped.

Wonderful stay
Property was as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and everything we needed. We had a minor issue with the oven, but a quick call had someone come out to assist to help us out. This was a great experience and we’ll definitely be back.

Beachfront Beauty
Sam the owner responds to any questions right away!! This home was perfect for our family!! It is fully stocked with everything including a crockpot. Our favorite place was out on the patio. You can listen to the ocean from any of the 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a door out to a huge patio that sits right on the beach. And of course windows and a door from family room/kitchen, views that go on forever!! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Sam we thoroughly enjoy our family vacation!

This home has to be the best equipped and most enjoyable home we have rented in Rocky point. We have been coming down here with our families for over 30 years and have rented a number of homes. The location and amenities included in this home make it stand out and easily the best home we have rented. The kitchen is phenomenal and loaded with everything you could ever need. we were able to cook amazing meals and the property manager even cooked a meal for us! Her cooking was phenomenal and I only wish we had had her cook more meals.The beach is pristine and beautiful, with an amazing title change and a large amount of reef. The view from all bedrooms and the living room is just amazing. We brought family down that couldn't believe that we rented such a beautiful home for such a reasonable price. Beautiful house right on the beach. Everything is available including bbq grill, kitchen supplies, drinking water, kayaks, outdoor shower, towels, toilet paper and much more. We met a local the first day who became our concierge and would go to town everyday for anything we needed and we would just tip him on top of the cost. We never had to leave the house once or worry about being around people which made it the most relaxing vacation in a beautiful home right on the beach. We will definitely be booking another stay ASAP.

This beautiful private beachfront home was the perfect getaway for my family and I. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
This amazing beach house had all the necessary amenities you could ever dream of. The kitchen was amazing to cook in and we had plenty of silverware, dishes, and other necessary items.
We stayed for a week and it felt like we were in our own private home without any disturbances whatsoever.
Sam was amazing with communication and made himself available throughout our week, although it was unnecessary. I love the fact that we were able to relax and enjoy family time, as well as some private time because the house was so huge. Living room gatherings with the five of us was amazing as we watched TV. The Wi-Fi connection Was amazing and we had no problems with the Internet, whether it was eight devices that were connected or just the TV connected. it made working from home a breeze.
Sam took pride in his home. It is beautiful. When I say beautiful I am not over exaggerating. The large windows made an amazing add onto this home as you have beach views throughout the day. The large covered porch made for amazing coffee time in the mornings, while I worked on my laptop. We absolutely love your home, Sam, and we look forward to seeing again in the future.
