We have stayed here before. They allow big dogs which is key. But it’s always clean and doesn’t smell like dogs at all. Plenty of space, great porch. Easy bike to beach or pool. Comfy beds. If I had to complain I would suggest updating the TVs and frying pans Would definitely stay here again

Great location. Layout fine. Lots of dust. Counter tops not clean. Lots of towels. Not many paper goods or cooking accessories. Misc plates and cups.

The place was clean and comfortable. The agency that managers Sea Turtle was nice. But the facility they use to rent the bikes and chairs need some new equipment. They should invest the money it costed in new bikes

The condo was very roomy, conveniently located, and generally clean. It could however use a touch more care and a good carpet cleaning.

We really like the layout of this property and it was a short 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Shipyard is a beautiful location to take a nice evening bike ride or walk. It is convenient to the grocery stores, shopping and a great variety of restaurants.

We stay at HHI every other year. This property is one of the better ones we've stayed at. The patio area was exceptionally nice. I wish the TV's were a little bigger, but who really cares? We were at the beach.

Pretty close to the beach - about 3/4 mile walk or bike ride. Loved the new master shower. The great things were the A/C, washer & dryer, and hot water! Loved all the windows. Things they could improve on 1st floor mattress needs to be replaced as you roll to the center! First floor carpeting needs to be replaced or switched to some other non-carpet option. They could use more kitchen items. I think it's time for inventory & new replacement items in this unit. New couches would be good too. Appreciated having 2 coffee carafes. We reported 8 lights out. They came right away and replaced 5. The ceiling fan light issue over the dining room table was never addressed by an electrician while we were there. We were missing 2 pillow cases in the first floor bedroom. Didn't realize it until later the first night. They dropped some off when we reported it that next day. The unit could use a deep cleaning. There was a resident alligator in the back by the water to just be aware of. No real threat since we stayed away. We enjoyed our stay!

Well stocked condo in beautiful Evian. Spacious and quiet. Love that pets are welcome!

Loved the location and amenities. It was very homey and comfortable. Cleanliness was lacking in certain areas and the unit had a bit of a pet smell to it. Bathrooms were tiny - but the convenience of 3 full baths was great. Tennis courts were always available. Very pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Saw alligators in the lagoon behind the house a couple times, but they never came into the yard. Blue Heron and other exotic birds frequently in the yard. The lake in the center of Evian is lovely.
We especially like the sunshine coming into the living/dining room and kitchen.
We have returned to Evian for decades and are never disappointed, This unit is very nice. It was clean had everything we needed for a two month stay.
The personnel at Sea Turtles were professional and responsive. We had no problems with the unit. Will look forward to renting from them again.

We loved the layout and functionality of the unit! The big bedroom upstairs was a great surprise! We could tell the unit had a busy season based on the dirty carpet and overall wear and tear.

We were sad to leave 240 Evian this morning. We had a great week there and had everything we needed but ventured out a good bit to see the sites since we were close to everything. The villa was very clean upon arrival and we were comfortable all week. The beds were very comfy and we enjoyed having the lagoon so close. We had fun watching the wildlife out there daily. We named the smaller gator Jethro and he kept his distance as did we. Great week for our family!!

Deep cleaning needed. 25 minutes to beach and 5 to pool. Didn’t like the fact that there was no lights in the evening, paths not lite and porch light didn’t work. Overall not a bad place, updates needed.

Our villa was ready on time even though there were no vacancies left. The cleaning crew didn’t do the most diligent cleaning carpets but I was happy to get and unload. The villa hasn’t been updated in while. Scuff marks on paint, indoor and patio furniture a little older, stove top aged, no lights in ceiling fans, charcoal grill, no plastic spoons for cooking, no blender and lacking any storage containers, lack of dish sponge and basis cleaning supplies. Their were some bugs as advertised in literature but they were dead or dying. Good vacuuming on a rain day, blender and food storage containers dropped off, purchase of dish sponge and additional garbage bags definitely improved experience. The wifi worked well the TVs were adequate but did not have ESPN in package, master bed was a little hard, A/C worked great, ice machine was efficient, stairs to second floor will give you a decent work out. Location was great for not being on beachfront. We were able to ride bikes to Shipyard beach access. The Shipyard beach parking is very limited get there early or you are better off leaving vehicles at Villa. Collapsible wagon was great pickup before left. There are deer that are always on hole around corner. Plenty of alligators in main ponds to ponder at. The walking/bike paths are excellent way to get exercise and are for the most part all shaded and flat. Garbage and recycling bins are very close. All and all the 240 Evian wasn’t the most elegant place we have stayed but proximity to beach, dog & budget friendly, with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms was enjoyable experience for first timer.
