Inchecken was lastig.Hadden geen code via app gekregen.Moesten telefonisch daarom vragen.Balkon was prettig,alleen was in het appartement slechts 1 stoel. Kledingkast was een kledingrek.Kamer is wel gehorig. Één dag vuile handdoeken meegenomen maar geen schone achtergelaten. Ontbijten was om de hoek mogelijk.mooie ruimte maar ontbijt was als je niet van cake houdt een beetje beperkt. Espresso was prima,Americano is verdunde espresso. Kluisje werd gemist

Super Erfahrung! Schönes modernes grosses und helles Zimmer. Daily Maid Service mit frischer Bettwäsche und Handtüchern war perfekt. Danke für das Upgrade von Ducchesa zu Palazzo. Tolles tägliches Frühstück in der Osteria unten im Hause. Auch Dinner dort mit guter typischer Karte war exzellent. Nettes englisch sprechendes Personal. Lage von Gatto Bianco ist perfekt mit kurzen Fiusswegen zu Altstadt, Shopping und Bahnhof.

Die Badewanne im Schlafzimmer ist zwar ein "Eyecatcher" aber hatte für uns keinen Wert, auch Dank des schönen Badezimmers. Dafür fehlt ein Tisch/Schreibtisch an dem man mal arbeiten kann. Leider kein einziger EN/FR/DE sprachiger Fernsehsender unter hundert italienischen Programmen.

Really nice room, very modern

We asked for two single beds and we’re not instructed that we were designated a double bed instead until we arrived. Breakfast is very basic and left out for probably a bit too long…

The rooms are spacious. High ceilings. My room was rather quiet, overlooking the back alley. The daily cleaning service was good. Air conditioning worked well. Note that you have to leave the building, take a right and then another right to reach the location where breakfast is served. Having said that, it's a wonderful continental breakfast. Service is exceptional.

I honestly didn't like the fact that the place is located on the second floor of a building. There is no reception desk and no room key. You download an app that gives you a code for the main building door and another code for the room door that you use to enter (the code appears after the check-in time). There was an issue with my app but I called their emergency contact number and they provided the codes for me via whatsapp. Also, please note that the elevator is very small and S-L-O-W (but it works!). Parking is a big issue in this area - if you have or are renting a car, put the parking lot information in the navigation instead of the hotel address. You'll thank me later! The hotel has a discount at Garage Sella, Garage Roma and Gran Garage. I used Garage Sella and they charged 25 Euros a night (the alternative was Garage Jolly right down the street which was 40 Euros!).

Very good location, clean and modernised rooms, all beds comfortable and showers were great with good AC. The breakfast in the neighboring hotel was included and good. Communication was good and helpful.

A bit complicated check in as one room had to be changed due to a water problem, but we were able to meet a staff member to get the key once we arrived.
