100-Year-Old Venice Beach Home
Cette maison de plage centenaire de Venice Beach ne se trouve qu'à quelques pas de la plage dans une rue piétonne très calme. Profitez de la vie près de la plage dans cette maison à deux étages de style espagnol. Très bien entretenue, elle comporte le parquet d'origine, des plafonds à poutres apparentes et des meubles anciens. Le bruit des vagues vous bercera la nuit. Un jardin planté de roses se trouve devant la propriété et un barbecue ainsi qu'un jacuzzi se trouvent derrière. C'est la maison idéale pour les réunions de famille. Les enfants peuvent jouer sur la plage ou faire du vélo sur les kilomètres de pistes cyclables le long de la côte. Les restaurants et magasins sont nombreux aux alentours de la maison. Des serviettes de plages, transats et parapluies sont également fournis pour vous permettre de profiter au mieux du style de vie de Venice Beach. We stayed for four nights in this lovely beach house. The house is spacious and cosy. The beds are good. Lots of books, games, puzzles. Everything you need is available (including beach towels, beach chairs, cool box and beach toys). The hottub is great. We could do a late check out, so that we could go directly from the house to the airport, which we really appreciated.

Family off 5 from Denmark/Europa. Stayed 9 nights and we really loved the place! This house is very convenient to the beach with great parking, a nice hot tub, lovely furnishings, a well-supplied kitchen, and nice gear for the beach. Walking distance to nice restaurants too. Everything is as you see on the pictures. The beds are comfortable too.

My family of 4 had a great stay here. It is a super cute house conveniently located. The house has everything you need, a well equipped kitchen, great dining space, relaxing living room area and 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths upstairs. Fantastic little yard. A wonderful place to stay.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. The home was in an amazing location and had everything we needed. Walking distance to great food and coffee options and super close to the beach. The host had beach towels, toys, and chairs for us to use. The hot tub was a great perk as well! We would definitely stay there again!

Came in from out of state to attend my daughter’s UCLA graduation, was hoping for a great place to gather, stay, closer location outside Westwood, and have amazing access to the beach. It was all that plus. Great time had by all!

Within walking distance to everything we needed. Two moms on a senior trip with 4 kiddos (just in case they needed us) turned out to be a girl's trip. Location was so convenient for all of us. The kids were able to go and venture out and leave us moms up for dining and shopping all within walking diatance. We were so pleased.

The room with the queen size bed was pillowtop and one of the comfiest beds i've ever slept in! the king size bed is more on the firm side. This house is 10/10 and made the visit just amazing!

This house was a fantastic find. It was clean and well stocked. The location was very close to the beach and several restaurants. The owner also had very quick response. It was perfect for our group of 6 friends from Vancouver for a beach weekend in Venice. I’d stay here again for sure.

My family and I enjoyed every detail of this house. From sitting in the front enjoying the garden or out back in the hot tub. Comfy beds, plenty of space and every single thing you think you could need. Well, it’s provided.
Within a day it went from being “the house” to “home”.
Walking distance to everything and if you are coming to Venice be prepared to walk. It’s so worth it.
We came from the cold Midwest so I spent every moment in the sun that I could. Laying in the yard under the most perfect tree while my family talked and laughed.
Grab the beach chairs and watch the sail boats go by and the surfers catch the waves.
Our family will definitely be coming back every time we visit. Thank you for letting us enjoy this beautiful home.

We loved our stay at this Venice Beach House. It's location is wonderful (very short walk to the sand), the house is loaded with charm (antiques galore), and the host is so responsive and accommodating (thanks, Tina!). In fact, I tried to lock it in for our next trip to the area in May 2024, but it was already booked (darn!). We will definitely be back, if we can line it up again. Cheers.

This is an amazing property. It has so many amenities. The hot tub is really the ticket after a good long walk on the beach and up and down the boardwalk. The kitchen was nicely appointed and provided everything we needed to prep Thanksgiving dinner. Tina is very communicative and the tenant next door is very kind. We just loved everything about this property and I hope to return for a girl’s reunion! It’s perfect for families, too. We were so thankful to have a beautiful home for our family gathering.

Very charming house with a great location for exploring Venice Beach. The house is also well stocked with those little things you do not want to have to rush off to buy, like coffee filters, salt, spices, condiments and papers. Much appreciated.
Easy check-in and out, combined with good communications make for a great stay.

This is really such an amazing little find. The house is spacious. Location is fantastic being a 1 minute walk to the beach, 3 minute walk to the canals, etc. She also provided games, kitchen supplies, etc. And the hot tub was the icing on the cake! The only thing we wished could have been different were the thin walls. Granted, this is a 100 year old home, so that comes with the territory, but you could hear nearly everything in the bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. upstairs. Just something worth noting in case you are a light sleeper. We would 100% stay again though. It was lovely!

The Walter House was a perfect place for our group of friends to enjoy a get away weekend to Venice Beach and LA. Quaint house with interesting history and great location… 1 block to beach walk on South Beach area. 2 mike walk to Santa Monica Pier, but done leisurely and enjoying the vibe that is Venice Beach! Easy walk to Venice Canals and Abbot Kinney area. Parking a bit snug for a minivan, but can do. Third bedroom suitable for adult/child as twin bed and trundle, share bath with second bedroom. Main bedroom has en-suite bath. Additional accessible bathroom off kitchen. We made everything work and enjoyed our stay!!! Thank you for sharing your home!!!

We had a great stay at this lovely Venice Beach House! We were there for a concert weekend and it was perfect for getting to Sofi easily and hanging out at the beach cities in between. Tina was very responsive and all went smoothly!

A cozy lovely beach house on a great location! So close to the beach and 5min walk to the Skatepark. Beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards provided were great for us coming from oversees. We had no issues with homeless people, Venice beach is great!

Lovely house, painted a cheery green with all amenities and an ideal location 1 min walk from the beach in a quiet residential street close to lovely Venice Beach. Inside rooms downstairs are rather dark but spacious. Bedrooms upstairs are lighter and a good size. Car parking spaces are very narrow. Host was helpful and responded quickly to all enquiries.

Just being in this house is a vacation for us. The place itself is lovely. The whimsical direactions amplify that beauty. Then there's the location, three houes from the beach. And the hottub. This was our second year, and seems likely there will be a third.

The house was exactly as described. Just a short walk onto the Venice Beach Boardwalk, Abbott Kinney, and Venice Canales. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of walking. The tenant staying beside the house was such a beautiful person, she was so friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The home’s location is perfect! Steps from the beach, shops and restaurants. We didn’t cook in the kitchen but used the coffee maker, fridge and glassware (plenty of glassware). Loved the Jack and Jill bathrooms upstairs. FYI steps upstairs are narrow. Master bedroom is large and lots of counter space in the master bathroom. Lots of towels extra bedding available.

The house was clean and very comfortable for all of us (four adults). We would stay here again. The hot tub was a nice perk. Beds were comfortable. Communication with owner was great. Tight lot, so don’t drive a big vehicle.

Also you may have been alerted to Venice being a bit of a dodgy area - but this location, despite its proximity to the beach, was quiet and safe
Would rebook here in a heartbeat should we be lucky enough to return to Los Angeles - thank you so much for a wonderful stay
