Хороший сервис, хорошая звукоизоляция, очень тихо и отлично спать, приветливый и вежливый персонал, хороший номер со всем необходимым. Классные завтраки и прекрасный бассейн с березками:) я путешествовала с ребенком 3года и собакой. Ребенку в ресторане на завтраках можно взять высокий стул. Песику в номер принесли лежанку и мисочки, проживание песика стоит 25€/день. Вкусный завтрак и можно завтракать в саду. Продляла свое проживание 3 раза :) должна была уехать в среду, но уехала в субботу:)

Simpatia e disponibilidade de todo o staff, principalmente do SPA (a quem, uma vez mais, agradecemos a excelente massagem), da recepção e responsáveis pela limpeza. A localização é excelente. O hotel está muito bem decorado, com espaços muito convidativos, e o quarto é muito confortável.

Apenas a apontar o tamanho do quarto (tendo-nos calhado um quarto algo pequeno) e o facto de este não ter tapetes, o que tornou um pouco desconfortável movimentar-nos no mesmo não tendo chinelos.

j'aurais souhaité un bassin chauffé pour pouvoir me baigner.La cheffe qui supervisait le petit déjeuner n'était pas très avenante.Rien à ajouter c'était vraiment bien.

There is nothing I did not like

the hotel is superb, the staff were lovely,the room was clean, spacious, lovely shower and views over the hotel gardens and pool. A well stocked mini bar was nice on arrival. Located in a quiet street but walking distance to the Ribera and the Sao Bento train station. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was really good.

for us what let it down was the breakfast, the hot choices were dry overdone bacon, cold beans, runny scrambled eggs, the sausages were dry also. The cold choices were ample but not worth the 18€ each so for value for money we didn't rate the breakfast. Apart from that there was nothing else that we didnt like about the hotel, would book it again

Ajuden en qualsevol dubte per visitat la ciutat Recomanable fer un massatge al spa, les massatgistes van ser també molt amables. Restaurant molt bo. Esmorzar complerts, plats calents fets al moment. Suc de taronja recent espremut.

La temperatura de l’aigua del spa una mica baixa. Seria millor mes calenta.

Lovely hotel in a great location. We didn't have breakfast there, but had dinner on the night we arrived since it was quite late. Great food, good variety. Room was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious as well. Staff was extremely helpful and very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Heizung hat sich nicht regeln lassen , es war meiner Frau meistens zu kalt. Heizungsfunktion der Klimaanlage hat nicht funtioniert.

Tolle Lage, modernes Hotel. Schöne Zimmer und Badezimmer. Sehr tolles Frühstücksangebot. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Tolles Restaurant. Toller Service. Eine Flasche Sekt zum Geburtstag!

Als kleiner Bonus wäre ein Smart-TV schön gewesen, um eigene Filme oder Serien schauen zu können.

I absolutely loved the property. It was clean and beautiful. The staff was welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The location was within perfect walking distance to everything I wanted to see. The staff was beyond amazing. My first night was NYE and the receptionists greeted me warmly and supplied me with great options to have dinner. The staff always were ready and eager to help me if I had any questions or any issues. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return. Highly recommend.

There was a little mold above the bathroom window, but that’s expected for Portugal, but otherwise very clean and comfortable.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel,les prestations proposées. Le massage en duo était vraiment formidable,la salle de sport possède les équipements nécessaires.

Le sauna est tombé en panne donc indisponible nous n'en avons profité qu'une fois et les petites lumières d'ambiance autour du spa ne fonctionnaient pas non plus.
