Breakfast was good, items quickly refilled, coffee good. Variety of items. Staff was very friendly and eager to please. Rooms were clean and bedding comfortable.

Label items in plastic containers so there wouldn’t be a lot of touching. Barking dog!

The location was excellent . The staff was AMAZING. I can't tell you enough how much we were impressed with the cleanliness and the staff.

We loved the uniqueness of the property as well as the fun little features that just make you want to sit and relax. Like the little nooks for working or reading, the egg seats chilling in the front of the hotel or the large comfy couches with the big arrangement of board games. It is definitely a hotel for families, singles or couples. The rooms are big and spacious. We fell in love with the Not Soap Radio products, now I’m going to spend a fortune buying them lol (totally worth the money). The breakfast was so good and the bar was kept super clean. Oh and the free water and cookies was definitely a big plus :)

The elevators weren’t working, you could go up but not down. I have bad knees and thankfully we were on the second floor so we didn’t have too far to go. But hauling luggage down that was not the easiest way to leave after spending such an amazingly relaxing weekend. I wish the juice was a little less watered down, but that’s it.

It is clean. Everything was easy to get to. It was not crowded and unorganized.

I loved this place. Wish we could have stayed longer! Everything about it was amazing! It is modern, pet friendly, kid friendly, has so many things to do on site, games, pool table, swimming pool, etc. We were here because of a loss in the family, but the accommodations and staff were amazing. Breakfast was great. The room was clean and everyone just seemed comfortable and laid back. We would definitely stay here again!

It is the same at all hotels. When they are hosting a group. Such as sports teams. Weddings etc. they should group those guests together so they do not disrupt other guests. On the same floor. There are actually people that rent the rooms Who just want a good nights sleep!!!

I liked how the staff were very very friendly I have never met a motel with such nice people and they also helped us with a pizza for dinner the staff knew that I was not happy being at that motel because I was stuck there by the reservation people and I did not really want to be there but they did their best above and beyond to try and make us as comfortable as they could very sweet people

The beds were too hard there were no Jacuzzi in the room the indoor pool was not heated like the ad said it was the pool was very cold
