The whole place is a s-hole

We were group of 5, mr Michele left keys for us as we flew in late so no hassle with check in. Apartment just by pool and beach short walk. Cheap cafe on site with fresh pastries. 5 mins drive from Porto Rotondo, about 20 mins from Olbia which was handy as we used Lidl by airport. A/c was good and not noisy. Large fridge freezer which was good for drinks and ice cream in heat.

Not properties fault but pools hours were a bit restricted, did not open to ten and closed at lunch. Apartment is one bathroom which is tight in larger group, complex needs more general toilets for patrons.

Second stay on this residential area. I love the quiet location and cleanliness, a car is required. The little cafe/restaurant is great, welcoming and excellent service and the food really good quality. The Accommodation was a lovely size, plenty of space and all you would need for a holiday. Nice outside space, plenty of shade and a view of the pool. The gardens are well maintained and beautiful. Mr Michele, the contact was brilliant and so responsive. Always on hand to assist, if required.

Pool needs a few minor repairs and some more new sun beds. Shame the pool is now fenced off and locked so opening times restricted, even more restrictions on 1st September. A little more care needed in the car park. Needs better mattresses on the bed, only bad comment on the appartment.

high cleaning fee 100euro for two night stay, information about it was at the wrong place and hard to find, I was booking rooms on booking.com for 5 or more years and I haven't never had situation like that. This information should be in "important information". But I think that is also booking.com mistake. dark rooms, uncomfortable bad,

Pool is ok. Private beach is more of a lake, not really a beach like the rest of Sardinian beaches.

The property advertises two bedrooms but the pictures only show one. To call the other one a bedroom is an overstatement, it's a cramped space with no windows and no AC and a bunk bed. We had to sleep on the living room, which complicates logistics when there are 4 adults and a child. We discussed the matter with the owner and he basically said that the house is OK and it was our fault we didnt call ahead to ask about the room. He even insisted the picture of the door represents the room. Completely dishonest. On top of that, the other room is right behind the cafe/bar, where kids were playing fussball and people were chatting all night. Stay away from this false advertisement.
