The view is good but we lived there for 3nights. only 3 bottles of 20ml shampoo, conditioners and body wash were luxury—ly provided…….. we asked for refill however the host didn’t reply on time and we had to buy them by ourselves…………..

Not sound proof at all, had a sleepless night due to upstairs using dryer and washing machine all night, and the upstairs lounge situated directly above the downstairs bedroom.
No lake view from downstairs apartment, no dryer and washing machine as shown in the picture.
No GST invoice provided despites asking a few times. Host chose to ignore my email asking invoice, not willing to change our room despite our request after having a sleepless night.

Amazing! So comfortable, clean, modern, spacious. Was perfect for us to spend my birthday here, having a bit of luxury with amazing views of Lake Tekapo. So easy to get into town, ample parking, so quiet with great views of the stars at night too. Also had washing and drying facilities which we weren't expecting which was a bonus! Highly recommend

This was a very clean, modern room. I would highly recommend this spot and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The location was quiet with a superb view.
We missed a floor lamp in the sitting area. Nobody was at the premises at our arrival. We had to call the owner to get the instructions how to enter the apartment.

The apartment is new and clean and tidy. It was spacious and comfortable for a couple. The ensuite was immaculate. The location is a bit of a walk into the village but manageable. The air con was efficient but could have been positioned in a more central place to provide air con to the bedroom.
The noise of other people was the downfall. We needed our windows to be open and the people below us went out in their car very late at night, 3 times. Because their car was parked under our window we heard every noise. There is clear information about keeping the noise level down so people expect to have peace and quiet.
The apartments are quite noisy too, every little bang and bump echoes through all the walls and floors.
I am not sure if there is anyone living onsite either as when we went to leave at 9am there was nobody around to give the key to. We rang the phone number on the office door and the girl that answered wasn't able to help.

Where do you start! Absolutely stunning. Can't wait to come and spend a longer time. Think luxury home away from home - but you don't have to clean it! A beautiful apartment with everything you could possible need.
Lake Tekapo region is suffering from a staff shortage so lots of things are not open mid week. Be aware of early closing times and weekend only attractions. More time to enjoy your apartment though!!

Beautiful apartment. Newly renovated. Ground floor, quiet street.
The shower door came off its hinges, but thankfully there was a bath in the bathroom.
