The place is the best place I even lived in Tekapo. clean and with nice view! love the patio. the staff is so kind and send back the watch we left in the room, highly recommended!

It is easy to access the property using the key box.

It is a bit far from the town centre. It is about 15 mins walk to the centre.

Only thing I can pin point was that the TV in the back bedroom doesn't actually work so what's the point in having it in there and there is a sky remote, but seemingly no sky connection.

Was interesting that two bedrooms were locked. I’m out case, we were two couples and a 1 year ago old, but what if we were 4 single adults wanting 4 separate rooms?

Great location and amazing views. It was a comfortable large house close to town with plenty of bedrooms, comfortable beds and ensuites for each room. The kitchen was large and well appointed and the house was clean and very warm and sunny

There were no sheets on beds in two of the main bedrooms, which we didn't notice until the first person wanted to go to bed. We had one couple and two other single adults in our party so booked a house with three queen bedrooms and they had only made up one queen bed and three singles, all in two shared rooms, which we didn't discover until the first person wanted to go to sleep. We couldn't find any sheets in the house so had to make contact with the hosts, who, to their credit arranged for replacement clean sheets to be delivered after 9pm for us to make up the beds.

The house really is fantastic. It is clean, has everything you think you might need, and was modern and really comfortable. We arrived in winter and it was lovely and warm on arrival, which was a nice touch. Check in and out were straightforward. I definitely recommend this place.

No downsides at all!

The house is huge and extremely well equipped. The views from almost every room are incredible. Fantastic location within walking distance of the shops and even the hot pools was a pleasant walk away. Beds were super comfy and having an ensuite in all four bedrooms was pure luxury.

We only stayed one night. Will definitely be back again and for longer next time.
