Stunning Panoramic Views Surf to City - St Clair
Ce sont parmi les meilleures vues de Dunedin - avec des vues de presque toutes les pièces. Notre cuisine et salle de bain / WC sont modernes. La maison est chaude mais il y a une pompe à chaleur et des panneaux chauffants pour les jours plus froids. Nous avons un parking hors rue pour 2 voitures. Il y a une grande chambre / studio d'accès interne en bas avec une salle de bains. Appréciez les pigeons ramiers, les campanules et les tuis. Nous accueillons les personnes exigeantes qui respecteront notre maison pendant leur séjour - et passerons également un bon moment! Le bus passe devant la maison en ville. Notre maison peut accueillir 10 personnes.

Tarifs: 130 $ par nuit pour deux personnes. Personnes supplémentaires: 30 $ par personne et par nuit.
Les enfants de moins de 2 ans sont gratuits.

The view from this home is outstanding! From looking at the surf rolling, morning sunrises, sunsets and twinkle evening lights! It is an older style home but fit for purpose and our family enjoyed our stay immensely! It is close to St Clair and we indulged in the great local restaurants. Not far from tunnel beach either and the Dessert Shop - Cake was delish! Thanks for letting us use your home we will defiantly rebook next year on our return to re-visit our daughter at uni. Great house with lovely views. House was well equipped and spacious. Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Driveway a little tricky but we had a big vehicle and still managed to get in and out with no issues. Would stay again.

View lived up to expectations. The home was old, beds were uncomfortable, the furniture was dated. Copious instructions prior to departure - stripping beds!

My Mum and I stayed here 2nights and visited family in Dunedin. The property had everything we needed, a comfortable stay. We loved the views of the WHOLE city.

Magnificent views of the beach and town from high up. Peaceful. 10 min from city center. Had all the amenities including a clothes dryer. Had enough heating during the cold days. Loved the place and will come back if I have a chance

Stunning views over beach. Great location only a few minutes from anywhere. Plenty of room for a group of adults. Parking a little tricky if not confident on hills and tight spaces.

We had a wonderful month-long stay here. The views were spectacular; the house is clean with lots of windows in the living room where we spent most of our time, with a well-appointed bright kitchen and partially-shaded outdoor seating area with views of the ocean and the harbour. Laundry and bathroom facilities were excellent and the beds comfy. There are some garden/lawn spaces. But the highlight is watching over the ocean and the harbour and Otago peninsula, seeing the waves and surfers far below and the albatrosses flying past the window.
It’s a quiet residential neighbourhood at the top of a very steep hill. It is very near a bus stop but I’d definitely recommend having a car for your stay if possible, and it has good off-street parking. You can walk down to st clair with its great beach, heated salt water pool, and three or four excellent restaurants and coffee shops. 10 - 15 minutes down for the beach and 20 minutes back up. There’s a dairy (ie corner store/bodega) nearby for milk and bread and downtown Dunedin is a 12 minute drive away — ditto the otago peninsula.
Our hosts were very responsive to our questions and we would definitely come back if we’re ever in New Zealand again!

House was roomy and great views from way up the hill. Kitchen was clean and well equipped and beds comfortable. Being way up the hill there was nothing walking distance of course so there is always a drive to wherever you wanted to go.

The house is an older style home ,but very clean and comfortable.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
No need to visit any lookouts whilst in Dunedin, you won't find a more stunning view than this.
The driveway and parking area, did take a little getting used to !!! Thanks Debbie and Wayne for great stay.

Very comfortable and spacious for just the two of us. Kitchen is fully loaded with untensils etc, comfy bed, great shower. Oh and the view! Sunrise especially a treat.

We were so happy to stay in this property on the last stop of our South Island trip - the view that greeted us exceeded our expectations :)) The rooms and facilities were great (though a little shampoo and laundry liquid would have made it better), and the beds were very comfortable. If you are coming in a big vehicle like we did, we suggest just park on the street instead of trying to get into the driveway - it is very tight and not worth the trouble! We can't wait to come back to Dunedin!!

The property had everything we required! Although dated it was clean and tidy! Perhaps the outside around the front entrance doesn't give the best impression in terms of tidiness.
