Séjournez dans l'un des condos les plus récents et les mieux aménagés à Treasure Island. Les Condominiums South Beach sont parfaitement situés le long de la plus belle section de la plage de Treasure Island, et tout dans ce complexe est mis à jour, frais et mis en place pour la détente.
Ce condo unique face à la plage offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade fantastique ou des vacances prolongées. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit qui s'ouvre sur le balcon privé en bord de mer. La cuisine est entièrement mise à jour avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Il est entièrement équipé avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous aurez besoin, et le condo a son propre combo laveuse / sécheuse empilable. Le condo a Internet haut débit WiFi gratuit ainsi que la télévision par câble dans chaque chambre.

Great place to relax and unwind and just breathe…. Property was well maintained, clean , and close to a Publix and many other restaurants. The condo was clean and had a very comfortable bed and living room furniture. The ac was cold, spectacular view from the balcony, plenty of towels, overall a great place to stay!! We will be back !!

It was just my husband and I this time. Perfect location. Several restaurants within walking distance, but we rented a car. 6th floor view is mesmerizing. The sunset from our balcony was absolutely gorgeous. My husband loved the fact that there was a drip coffee maker. He is not a fan of the K cups. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The washer and dryer worked great. The beach umbrella that was in the room was broken so we ran to the Surf Shop and got a new one. We had to leave it because we were flying, I hope it stays for many more guests. The beach chairs that they provide in the room are fine. I really like the fact that there was a broom and dustpan in the room you will utilize it just about every day. You can’t avoid the sand on the floor as much as you try, but with a quick sweep, you don’t have to worry about it. I almost don’t even want to write this, and keep this little gem to ourselves, but wouldn’t that be selfish of me?! We will be staying here again!

We were very very happy with our recent stay. We will definitely be staying here in the future. Condo was very clean and we felt at home immediately upon Arrival. Management was great to respond to minor questions throughout the stay very promptly. Great walk to beach and pool was very clean. Thank you for the memorable trip!!

Everything was amazing! Morning walks on the boardwalk, toes in the sand all day, dinner and cornhole in the evenings. The view is spectacular! So much to do within walking distance. The grounds are gorgeous and so peaceful. Must also note the king mattress was a major bonus.. super comfy!

The condo and resort were exactly like the pictures. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. The beach is extremely wide, so it never seemed crowded. We also enjoy using the boardwalk to get to the ice cream shops and restaurants.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for many restaurants/shops/beaches within walking distance. Condo was nice with friendly staff. Easy check in process but note that condo staff does not manage this property. Everything is through Itrip, which was not an issue. They were very responsive with any issues.

We were on a road trip, visiting, family and friends and this was a time for us to be at the beach near my partners, daughter, and her partner. The weather in early January was not particularly good, but the beach is fabulous. The condo is in an older building But well maintained. The furniture is comfortable. And the whole condo is updated. The only glitch in our stay was the fact that we could not get the NFL playoff games on the main television in the Living Room. We had to watch them in the bedroom because of whatever services the owner had arranged.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed to enjoy the week! Even beach chairs, cooler, sand toys! How comfortable and enjoyable! We had an issue with hair dryer and was responded to immediately and new one delivered promptly. Definitely one of our best stays in Treasure Island. And oh the view from this 6th floor condo...gorgeous and relaxing!

Some of the furniture in the unit was not the same as shown in the pictures. The living room chairs and sofa were not comfortable. The kitchen was not well equipped with serving dishes, and cooking equipment although there were three corkscrews. We wanted to use the grills downstairs, however there was no gas, and nobody to get help from. One day another guest (or group) reserved some of the facilities and made them unavailable to all others (this included the shuffleboard, the gazebo, the grills and ping pong tables). The majority of the property is managed by a different company than this unit, and all staff on premises are for the other units, and there is no representation for this unit.

We had a great time on treasure Island. It is a very nice romantic spot. Really enjoyed the complementary ticket to the Starlite cruise. The scenery was breathtaking. The staff was very attentive. It was a great time. I have been to a lot of Florida beaches, and this was at the top of my list. The ocean was warm and calm and two dolphins swim right past us in the water.

We checked into the condo on Sunday and on Monday afternoon we were told we were under a mandatory evacuation order. We moved to a hotel inland and returned on Thursday. The property manager was excellent in keeping us informed and our nights we were unable to be there refunded! The condo is exactly as described and very comfortable. I hope to stay there in the future under better circumstances!

Great location in Treasure Island, although it is a long walk to the beach. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The pool area was also nice. It was also helpful to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use that was provided by the owner and the condo complex. Restaurants and grocery store nearby, so you didn’t have to drive far. Our first time coming to Treasure Island and we hope to come back again someday.

Everything about this place was perfect. We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place that’s clean, updated, and close to restaurants and stores. The top floor ocean front balcony was perfect for any time of day to sit on enjoying the view. We would choose this place again.

For us, perfect location! On what we call, the boardwalk. Walk to our favorite restaurants, Publix, and of course the beach, and great sunsets!! Very clean and welcoming-can’t wait to return.
