Newly remodeled in the Heart of the City!
J'ai pris ce bungalow confortable du début du 20e siècle et l'ai ramené à la vie. J'ai décidé de conserver et de remettre à neuf ses planchers de bois franc pour conserver le caractère original de certaines maisons. Situé près du centre-ville animé de Wausau, à quelques minutes des boutiques de Rib Mountain Drive et de la station de ski Granite Peak. Deux pâtés de maisons vous séparent du front de mer nouvellement construit et du projet de logement sur la magnifique rivière Wisconsin. Il y a une vie nocturne animée au centre-ville de Wausau, un nombre apparemment infini d'événements sur le bloc 400, des restaurants funky et familiaux et de nombreuses activités de loisirs. Réservez votre séjour dès aujourd'hui! Passez une bonne journée!

Place was perfect for 4 people. Clean and nice

Had a great stay, everything was as advertised and the host was very responsive. Be advised the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are very steep but our kids didn’t have any problem with them.

We were in the area due to family emergency. The home fit the bill perfectly: close to hospital and restaurants, clean, comfortable and gracious, accommodating host. Provided all of the amenities to make a stay away from home as pleasant as possible.

We enjoyed our stay at your property. The bedroom furniture was nice and there was plenty of room. We would recommend a printed manual of rules and how to “close” the property. I.e. strip beds. We couldn’t find the online manual. The propane tank on the grill ran out in the middle of our dinner. We highly recommend this property and wound definitely rent again.

Great place, great price, would stay again!
This house is very nice and I would happily stay there again. Additionally, Chad provided great customer service! This is my fourth house through VRBO, and this was by far the easiest check in and check out! The only thing factor that for me I wish I could have known: it is near a railroad track, and near a busier road. But overall the location was fine, and convenient to where I spent most of my time. So overall, this is a great location, a great house, and great customer service!

Nice get away
We had a wonderful stay here. The place was nicely remodeled and decorated. The renter very receptive and generous. A nice bottle of wine waiting. Everything we needed was right there. Easy walk to downtown and the beautiful historic houses The upstairs is a steep climb but ok for older children. Perfect kitchen. Nd other two bedrooms.

Nice quit neighborhood- close to downtown- adequate parking-the furniture was nice-kitchen was great-we had a nice relaxing stay!!!!!

We had a great weekend in Wausau, skiing and going out and about downtown. The house slept 6 adults comfortably and was nicely updated. The location was great for walking downtown and only a 5-10 minute drive to Granite Peak ski hill. The large entryway area was nice to stow all our our winter gear and keep it out of the way. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions.
