The unit was well-appointed with newer furniture and furnishings. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay there again.

Great condo with everything you need. Beautiful views of the Gulf from the entire unit. Short two flights up. Very well equipped, we enjoyed it very much.

Great location and easy to check in with a late arrival. Very manageable distance to airport on Uber. Condo was clean and there were plenty of towels and sheets. Excellent balcony to sit and relax. Some maintenance things needed attention and beds probably need to be replaced but overall good value for the location

Check-in process was easy. The building itself was great. We were on the 2nd floor so view is a bit hindered by the dunes but still nice. The unit was clean as far as the floors and kitchen go. However, the living room furniture needs to be thrown out - the seats of the chairs were gray they were so dirty. The couch is a dark pattern so hard to tell so we just didn't sit on anything - only the balcony chairs. The master bed was beyond awful - like it was a discount store purchase of the cheapest mattress possible. Upon our arrival, I sent the management company photos of the broken shelf in the door of the refrigerator and the messed up patio blinds so they wouldn't try to charge us for damages we didn't do. I found extra pillows in a closet but there were no pillow cases for them. It would have been nice to have a table to sit at on the balcony. I would not rent this unit again - not worth the money.

Great condo! Great location! Very responsive mgmt. Few minor maintenance requests were addressed within a few hours. Clean.

I'm a local Realtor that lives right down the street from this location. I have out of state clients that ask me about places to stay, so I try out different locations. The view and the location are awesome, The problem is the place smells very musty & both beds along with the couch need to be thrown in the garbage. Everything in this place is wore out, I was very disappointed!

The managers on property were very nice. And the rental company was super easy to communicate with.

Our family of 5 came for a week. Perfect views, right on the beach, good location. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the beach. There were a couple umbrellas and chairs to use at beach as well as a portable backpack soft side cooler. We didn't rent a car and were able to walk to restaurants, groceries, and shops. Property was as listed, however, master bed very uncomfortable and needed a fan at night, but everything else pretty great! Easy check in, they accommodated our request for a late checkout, noon instead of 4, which was nice since our flights didn't leave until 4. St. Pete beach did not disappoint!

Let me just start by saying how beautiful the views are. The beach is stunning the pool at the hotel was nice. My kids loved it. The check in process was easy( all done thru email). The room at 202 Vistas on the Gulf met my expectations. The pictures of the room were accurate. There was plenty of room for my family of 6. I have 2 complaints. #1 the king size bed in the master was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. It was a SPRING mattress from like 1986. Hard as a rock and could feel the springs, the bed in the second bedroom was soft and newer. #2 DOGS. I specifically booked this condo because it said NO PETS. The room next to us had dogs in it that barked allllllll day. The property manager was very quick to take care of the problem, but only 1 dog was removed. I didn’t say anything a second time because the dogs that stayed were quiet. I saw a lot of people with dogs here. The guy who takes care of the pool even spoke to a lady with her dog snd never mentioned no dogs. I probably will not come back because of the dog issue and if I did I would get a different room because the bed was horrible. But my stay was amazing. I love visiting St Pete beach. Thank you .

Our stay at Belle Vista was just what we expected. Perfect location, with a great view. The property had a very well stocked kitchen, although we didn't cook at all during our stay. The beds were comfortable, the sleeper sofa not as much, but thats to be expected. The unit was clean, with a bit of a sandy floor which you get at the beach. We just washed our feet before bed, lol. The check in process was a little confusing. We arrived after hours, and when I first called the number, I was told we would have to drive up to Madeira Beach to get a key from the lock box. I re-read my emails, which only said to call the number after hours, so I called back. This time, with a little more communication back and forth, the rep was able to find and give me a key code for the unit. I also could not find wifi information, so we called about that. Finally, I could not find any information on check-out. We just did what we usually do which is leave the beds unmade; start a load of towels in the washer; run the dishwasher; and take out all the garbage.

The property and unit were clean as always! We love the easy access to the unit and the convenient locations of the property. Can't wait to come back!

Unit was nice and clean, reserved parking. Awesome view - direct beach front. Had to ask for a fan for bedroom - unit was nice and cold but no ceiling fans and bedroom could get stagnet at night. Everything was functional - kitchen appliances could use an update as well as towels. Betty was super nice in the office. Would stay again. Did not use the spa, but pool and spa area was very clean, kitchen very well stocked. We took chairs from unit down to beach instead of renting. Good location.

We had a great stay at this property, unit 202. We loved the wide balcony and proximity to the beach. The beach is amazing and the water was clear and warm. Inside could use a few more basics like extra trash bags, hand soap, beach towels, but overall we loved the property and would highly recommend.
