Mignon et simple. Nouvellement redécoré avec un thème de flux et de confort. C’est une vieille maison avec de nouvelles caractéristiques tout en conservant ce caractère pittoresque que seules les vieilles maisons ont. C'est comme connaître un secret qui ne peut jamais être révélé. Réservez cette maison et attendez-vous à un séjour confortable loin de chez vous. Salon spacieux, combinaison de salle à manger avec deux chambres de salon / salle à manger. Il y a deux lits queen dans une chambre et un lit queen dans une autre chambre. La salle de bain est très basique avec douche, laveuse / sécheuse neuve dans la salle de bain. La cuisine a une nouvelle cuisinière et un réfrigérateur et est assez grande pour préparer et planifier des repas gastronomiques en famille. Le nouveau téléviseur de 55 pouces est accroché au mur du canapé en coupe opposé. Détendez-vous et regardez Netflix. Voir les photos pour un visuel plus concis.

New Albany was a nice place to stay. Plenty of nice restaurants. The neighborhood the house is in okay, but not one you want to for a walk in. House had nice deck on back that we spent time on as the weather was great.

Patrician was very fast in responding and very accommodating. We were driving to IN to visit my son for the holidays. He works and only had Christmas Day. It was the first Christmas together in 5 years. There was bad weather so we left to get there early not knowing what snow accumulation would be. We arrived earlier than expected. Patricia graciously accommodated us. This was a huge relief after my husband drove 10 hours with a two large dogs and a teen. The house was adorable and immaculate. We were greeted with a gift for us and for the dogs. It really made me feel welcomed. The location was very quiet and we had no issues whatsoever. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for helping make this Christmas perfect.

Perfect house in the perfect small town.
We chose this house because it is dog friendly but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t clean and comfortable. And the bonus was the town of New Albany is so cute and so many places to walk the dogs. Cute downtown and great parks.

This property was excellent and really fit the needs for 6 people. The only downside is a second bathroom would be nice, but we all made it work with no issues. Many Stores and restaurants close to the facility. Patricia was awesome!

The host was nice and house was clean. I expected 3 bedrooms as it is listed but found out it was only 2 bedrooms. The bedroom doors slide and have 2” gaps around the sides so there is no privacy. And house is right off of a Main Street so it is noisy at night and day with constant traffic. We were a bit concerned with the neighborhood.

We arrived at the house and the host was attentive and responsive. However there is absolutely no way I would feel comfortable in the neighborhood. There was homeless people sitting in the front yard. Street parking only. I can’t believe no one has reviewed about this.

It was a nice house to stay in. Very close to anything you would want to visit in the area. Parking was very convenient.
It was on a busy street, so u do hear cars driving by, but if ur not a light sleeper it shouldn’t be a bother

New Albany Gem
Very nice house in a small town that's not too far from Louisville.
We were in town for the races at Churchill Downs and didn't want to stay in downtown. This house was perfect. Short commute to the races, close to gas stations/restaurants.

Great house
Patricia was fantastic and responsive. The house was very clean and well-kept, it was perfect for an event like the Derby where you're close enough to Louisville to be convenient but not have to pay outlandish prices. And New Albany is a really fun, eclectic town - lots of personality and unique restaurants, it was a fun weekend overall.

Great Girls Get Away!
Five of us came from Cincinnati to shop in Louisville. We shopped and ate in Louisville and New Albany. Great town and very safe. It was very spacious for sleeping and gathering to gab! Patricia was easy and wonderful to work with.

This is the second time I have stayed at this house. I love it there. It is easy to find and access, is always clean, warm, and inviting. It has all the amenities that anyone would need. Plus, Patricia is a joy to talk to and is always happy to assist with any questions I have had. A must stay while you visit the area!
We stayed for the weekend for a family wedding. Patricia made our stay extra special with her thoughtful goodies. The house is a 10 minute drive to downtown Louisville. Plus the house is pet friendly!

Great place!
We stayed one night on our way through town. Initially Main street is really busy, but it gets more quiet as you continue your drive. We stayed on a Friday during Lent and there was a Seafood restaurant within walking distance! There is also a park close by for the kids to play in. There was a nice gift for us and a handwritten note as well as snacks! Thank you so much!

A home away from home
Patricia had everything prepared for us and our kids as my mother would for her grandchildren. There was a welcoming note and gifts for the kids and thoughtful treats and breakfast items available. We ended up making dinner and breakfast at home, while the kids were able to stretch out and relax after a long trip instead of sitting in a restaurant or hotel room. The home is tastefully furnished, has beautiful high ceilings, and a grassy side yard that was perfect for an impromptu soccer game before getting back on the road. We definitely would love to stay here again!

We would definitely return to this home. The location is a very short and easy drive across the bridge from downtown Louisville. The home was clean and cozy, and Pat was very easy to communicate with. A wonderful value for our family of the and for babies.

Exactly as described
House was exactly as described. Our plans changed due to the corona virus but we were still able to enjoy some time away and had fun hiking and biking in Louisville. Patricia was easy to work with and gave us updates as our dates got closer. Kids loved the snacks!
