Emplacement de Reve avec vue sur une des plus belles places d’italie, coeur de la ville magnifique de Perugia. Appartement vaste , elegant , sobre et chaleureux, bien équipé tout y est pensé pour le bien être du locataire.

Sicuramente la posizione è ottima.

Ho dormito in una mansarda, ma durante la prenotazione non dicono quale camera ti verrà assegnata.

Posizione eccellente, pulizia ottima e i ragazzi gentilissimi e da subito hanno dato indicazioni precisissime su come aprire le porte e soprattutto da quale parcheggio più vicino arrivare in camera.

La camera baci é sostanzialmente una mansardina all'ultimo piano un po' claustrofobica seppur ben ristrutturata e ben isolata termicamente. Peccato non avere una finestrella sulla piazza, essendo in pieno centro. Ad ogni modo ci sta, considerando prezzo e servizio.

I am average height, the ceiling would be low for a taller person, this was no problem for me.

Very secure and central location with a good size kitchen, loft bedroom, and lounge area.

The apartment was very dark, and scaffolding blocked the little view that there was. The bathroom needs updating, and there is no parking close by, which meant we needed to drag our suitcases a long way. There was a lot of noise coming up from bars downstairs, so we needed ear plugs to help sleep at night.

It was the most amazing location, directly above the Piazza IV Novembre - right in the middle of the beautiful old town. Many restaurants and bars within 5 min walking distance.  The appartement was very spacious and beautifully furnished with a mixture of modern and antique elements.  The communication regarding the appartment was very friendly, helpful and quick. A small problem with the drain in the shower was fixed within 15min. Awesome! Thank you so much for the wonderful time

The appartment is directly above the Piazza IV Novembre - the place where a lot of young people meet in the evening. So it can be noisy enough to hear it despite the very well noise-insulated windows. We didn't mind at all but if you're a very light sleeper you might have trouble sleeping.

The WhatsApp group established by the host worked really well. Questions I asked were answered promptly and courageously by the team.

Everything was perfect for our trip.
