Had a great time away with multiple family members. House was beyond imagination equipped with wonderful toys for the 2.5 year old. Pool was great and had a shaded area to cool off during the hot weather. Location was excellent to Healdsburg. Did not realized the separate cottage did not have a bathroom so for those late evening jaunts we made it work and it was fine during the summer. Great customer service. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

This house was perfect to host our group. The location in Healdsburg was great for winery tours, and we really appreciated the beautiful views from the large deck.

We had an AMAZING time! This property is just as described. It is very spacious and suited our big group very well. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities. The property has a stunning view and is very close to town. I would 100% stay here again! Maria and David were also so easy and pleasant to work with!

Quiet & close to downtown Healdsburg.

We had my Bachelorette at this house and it was such a great stay and perfect place for my friends and I. Great location near many wineries and downtown Healdsberg.

We had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful. It could use a good cleaning (kitchen and bathrooms specifically). Window shades were broken in many places - making it difficult to enjoy the beautiful views. Lots of space and sleeping options. The pool was very cold - that didn’t stop us from enjoying it though.

This property is in need of some deep cleaning and love. The size of the space is great, the location couldn't be better, and the deck is absolutely gorgeous. That said, the interior feels worn and cluttered - multiple sets of blinds don't work or look tattered, carpets have significant staining, faucets and handles are old (a few even fell off multiple times), the stove is coated, and the drawers are littered with misc. items from plastic silverware, to tea bags, napkins, ping-pong balls, tape, etc. We knew we were renting an older property, but the photos make it seem well-kept, simple, and clean. Unfortunately, that is not the home we stayed in for the weekend.

Loved the private setting with gorgeous views from the expansive deck. Great gathering space for our small group of two couples - we cooked at the house several meals and had plenty of space in the kitchen, dining, living room and deck. Fruit trees were ripe and we enjoyed fresh figs, apples, pears and peaches! Less than 5 minute drive into Healdsburg. Property manager was very helpful and accessible.

The location to town, the sunrise view, the accommodations, the pool: everything was perfect.

Property was nice with an excellent location. We came with a group of friends to enjoy wine country and explore the local scene. We weren’t disappointed and would absolutely stay again. Property owners and site managers were lovely to deal with. Site manager went above and beyond to help us and make our stay a 10/10n! Highly recommend!

This house had an amazing veranda with views of the valley. The pools was also great for a hot weekend. Overall the place had all the amenities. One thing to note is that two of the bedrooms are in guest house that does not have a bathroom. People staying in those rooms have to come into the main house to use the bathroom. It wasn't a big deal.

It was my fault for not reading the description of the property accurately so I was a little skeptical about only having 2 bedrooms in the main house. That meant one of my sons had to sleep in the guest house by himself. Turns out he was thrilled because he could play his video games without disturbing the rest of us! The pool was a great feature since it was 90+ degrees.

Our group had a great time at the house, the pool was great and so were the views. Only ~10 minutes from downtown Healdsburg.

It was a great way for the family to be together before 2 of the cousins are off to college.

We LOVED this house! It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to both explore Healdsburg/wineries and stay in. Every day we enjoyed the pool and patio and this house was truly hard to leave.

Location! In the heart of Dry Creek Valley and close to lots of great wineries and a few min from downtown Healsburg. House and pool were great. Beautiful views from the deck. Would definitely stay again.

My girlfriends from grad school and I had an amazing weekend here! The views are to die for and the house has so much room. There were 8 of us and there were beds we didn't even use. One of my favorite aspects is the large, well-pointed kitchen. We had fun cooking together and then sitting around the large dining table for many meals to eat, drink wine, and chat. The house feels far away from everything and yet it was only a few minutes to get to some amazing wineries, as well as restaurants and shopping in downtown Healdsburg. I hope this becomes an annual destination for us!

The house was perfect for our girls getaway to wine country. The view from the patio overlooking the valley was amazing. The house had everything we needed.

The home is all and more of what is described in the VHBO website. It was well stocked for our large wedding party. It was comfortable and very peaceful. We arrived a few days after the Kincade fire evacuation. Both the owner and the manager communicated with us, keeping us informed of the situation. When we arrived the home was clean and ready for us. Dave, the manager, immediately responded when we called. Absolutely, had an amazing time at this property. Thank you, Cindy

We were there while the tragic fires were spreading and I was in constant contact with the owner and property manager. Extremely impressive people who had their own families to worry about but made us feel like we were a part of theirs. The property is ideal for medium sized groups and the deck is wonderful. We weren't able to fully utilize the property but the process was easy, the location is perfect and the property was clean. The deck and living room space made it comfortable for our morning coffee as a group. We had many great tasting options nearby and had no issues with Ubers getting us to Healdsburg for dinner. Again, great space to reconnect with friends! I highly recommend this property and considering the extreme circumstances we were facing they made our stay as wonderful as possible.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful, convenient location outside of Healdsburg. We enjoyed the bounty of ripened fruit on the property and the views from the spacious deck! We were not able to use the pool due to a malfunction which kept the water temperature icy cold even though the air temperature was in the 90's ! A pool maintenance person came on the 4th day of our stay to clean the leaf debris out of the water and adjust the malfunction. it was too late for the water to warm to a reasonable temperature for swimming ! The guesthouse adjacent to the main house could benefit by the installation of a couple of wall mirrors for guests to use.

Absolutely perfect home for hosting a large gathering. The guest house was quiet and cozy while the rest of the house was spacious. Stunning views of the Mountains and pastel sunsets. It felt like a home and was far enough away but close by if we needed to grab something from the store. I hope to make it back again!!

Great retreat from civilization. Had a great experience there, some minor areas for improvement (probably time for a new BBQ grill, air con int he main building would help) but overall a good time.

We booked this rental for those of us who were in the wedding party over a May weekend. It was a great location for us and the home was exactly as represented. Everyone was very happy! Would stay again.

Beautiful location and beautiful place. Great for groups. I've stayed here a few times and the owners have recently made some great upgrades to the decor.
