Close to Downtown! Great Location!
Retraite de 4 chambres récemment rénovée! Cette maison est située dans la communauté tranquille de Tahquitz River Estates à South Palm Springs et est pratique pour tout!
Superbes vues sur la montagne de cette maison de plain-pied de 2400 pieds carrés. La maison présente un aspect contemporain à l'intérieur avec de superbes meubles et œuvres d'art confortables. La nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée comprend un bar avec quatre tabourets de bar. La cuisine s'ouvre également sur un coin repas décontracté et une salle familiale avec une télévision à écran plat. La salle à manger, juste à côté de la cuisine, comprend un bar complet et un réfrigérateur à vin. Juste à côté de la salle à manger se trouve le salon, qui comprend un grand canapé en cuir pour de nombreux sièges et une télévision à écran plat avec câble et Showtime, un lecteur DVD et une barre de son Bluetooth. Entre le salon et la salle à manger se trouve un foyer au gaz pour ces soirées désertiques plus fraîches et confortables. C'est une maison parfaite pour les réunions de famille, les divertissements ou tout simplement un moment de tranquillité loin de la maison!
Il y a deux suites principales, chacune avec un lit King Size, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain. Les deux suites parentales s'ouvrent sur un grand patio privé couvert à l'arrière de la propriété. Il y a deux autres chambres, chacune contenant un lit Queen Size. L'une de ces chambres s'ouvre directement sur la piscine par une porte coulissante en verre.
La piscine et le bain à remous surélevé sont situés à l'avant de cette propriété et offrent une vue imprenable sur la montagne! La piscine a été récemment rénovée pour inclure une finition technique de galets et des carreaux de verre. La piscine a également été récemment convertie en piscine d'eau salée.
Autour de la piscine se trouvent six chaises longues, trois parasols et une table de patio pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. De plus, à côté de la piscine, et non loin de la cuisine, se trouve le grand barbecue au gaz naturel.
Il y a un grand patio couvert à l'arrière de la propriété dans un cadre très privé. Inclus dans ce domaine est un petit canapé en osier, des chaises assorties et deux chaises longues pour votre plaisir paisible. En outre, il y a une grande table de patio, qui peut accueillir six personnes, juste à côté de la salle à manger pour votre plaisir à manger en plein air!
Notre maison peut accueillir 8 personnes dans les 4 lits. De plus, nous avons un matelas pneumatique Aero Bed queen.

Amazing weekend getaway. From the moment I booked till the end, I had a pleasant experience. Everyone enjoyed the home and its amenities, from my 3 y/o to the grandparents (and in between). Communication with host Chris and manager was seamless. Clean and well maintained home. Location is perfect. Pool was a 2 thumbs up.

We had an amazing time at Chris’s place in Palm Springs! The house was perfect for our group of 7. Close enough to everything we needed. The kitchen was perfect for us to take turns cooking dinner and we spent a lot of time hanging by the beautiful pool and spa area. We would definitely book again!

All that’s missing are the people. The house is clean and well laid out and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Large seating areas inside and out to socialize and plenty of privacy spots as well. The beautiful pool and spa are the biggest draw. I highly recommend this wonderful vacation home.

Amazing property and stay! We loved everything about this home, from the many seating areas inside and out, to the well equipped kitchen. We ate several meals outdoors and were thankful to have the extra plates and cups marked for outside use. This home has a perfect layout to hang out as a family or take a quiet afternoon nap away from the noise. The property is also in a great location, we went on a few walks to the local coffee place and many other things were a short drive away (too hot to walk lol). Nice quiet neighborhood. So many well thought out details and touches that were much appreciated!

This was During Power Trip weekend. Great experience. My Wife and daughters had a blast in the pool. Chris got back to me as soon as possible with answers to my questions. Hope to return in the spring

Five stars is not enough to say how much we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The 6 of us range in age from 92 to 8 and we were all accommodated. The layout is great and the bathrooms are nicely upgraded. Everyone had enough space and yet there are multiple places to gather and eat. It was a very hot week, so we weren’t able to enjoy the outside as much as we would have liked, but in the better weather the outdoor areas are perfect for family dining, swimming, lounging. We had a small problem which the host handled promptly. My only concern was that requested chores to get ready to check out were a little overwhelming with 3 children and a 92 year old. We didn’t want to spend our last morning doing chores. However, overall, a nice home and a great stay. Thank you

Highly recommend this property.
Cleanliness was faultless, location is great, the property is spacious (we were very comfortable with 7 adults) with thoughtful decor and a high-end finish. What was also impressive were the well equipped kitchen, plus many small touches that show a real attention to detail from the host.
Lovely quiet neighbourhood, close to town with a handy coffee shop a 6 minute walk away to start the day just right.

We had a girls trip at this house and it was absolutely perfect! One of the best rental properties I have ever stayed in. The host was very responsive and quickly answered our questions. The house is laid out very well and is beautiful, in a great location as well. Would highly recommend this rental!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There were 7 adults and everyone had a comfortable bedroom. This house is the most well appointed VRBO I've ever stayed in. The kitchen has all of the necessities, plus a whole lot more. There is even a crock pot and an electric skillet. We cooked several meals at home and there were plenty of plates, glasses, flatware, placemats and cloth napkins. The common areas were very nice with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The pool and hot tub were heated to the perfect temp. I highly recommend this property.

The house was perfect for our family get-together. The manager, Chris, was available every time we needed him. The house and kitchen were better equipped than any other rental property we have experienced. Would definitely recommend Chris and this property and would love to return in the future.

Beautiful spacious property, near downtown but not too close for comfort, brilliant pool and spa, great kitchen. Perfect for casual family stays or more formal visits. Great kitchen. We stayed a month and miss it already. Thanks Chris.

This property has location, privacy, space, amenities and its clean! Bedrooms were big and there was plenty of living space for everyone to be comfortable. Perfect place for a larger family to all be together. Will definitely plan to stay here again!
