This was the best vacation that I’ve been in. The condo was nice, clean and the perfect location for our small group. We will definitely be back.

We booked with Penny before- there was 1 repair issue then. This time, the ice maker was broken- she did reimburse us for ice, but it was inconvenient. The knob on one of the showers fell off making it impossible to regulate the shower temperature. Then we couldnt get hot water anywhere. Multiple repair men couldnt figure it out. The last guy said we had to turn the hot water on high for 4-5 min. Before we had hot water. The repair men came over several days & it hindered our ability to use the condo during those times. Master walk in shower was small & had a waterfall shower head- not the best a small shower as you couldnt move to get out from under the water. Floor tiles were cracked and the condo definately needed minor repairs through out Beds were very uncomfortable. We were disapointed.

My husband and I took a family vacation with our 7 and 4 year old kids. It was absolutely perfect! It was clean, beds were super comfy, and it had a phenomenal view of the beach! Our kids are already asking when we can go back! Loved it!

Condo was exactly as described. View was incredible. We saw dolphins from our balcony every morning. Check in process was so easy and we loved that there was security letting you in to the parking lots and that security walked around constantly making sure everyone had wristbands on. Condo was very clean and owner responded to messages very quickly.

Location was wonderful! The condo is very nice and comfortable with an amazing view! The only issue I had was that we had to wait for 30 minutes after check in time because the room wasn't clean yet.
I'd definitely stay again!

The condo was beautifully decorated. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Enjoyed our stay here immensely. I would highly recommend and would stay there again. The ocean view was beautiful. Penny even messaged back at 4 am to help me with a problem. Elevator was smooths and fast. The condo had everything we needed.

This is a great condo! The view is spectacular! Very family oriented, beautiful beach. We loved sitting on the balcony…the table is a high top so you can see over the rail. Great location for great restaurants. The hosts were wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back!

This property is really well maintained and has all you need to enjoy your beach stay. Has a very beautiful view of the beach and the ocean. The unut is vey nice and looks beautiful. I would encourage anyone looking to rent a condo on the beach to look into renting one of our owners two units. Will not regret it at all. Located in a very excellent location in Orange Beach with lots of excellent restaurants near by. Very short distant to Gulf Shores. I give this property 5 stars. Will go back again and diffintily rent this unit again.

Penny was a great and responsive host. Condo was very clean; bedrooms and baths spacious and quiet. Kitchen well supplied. Plenty of parking spaces. Check-in super easy. Easy access to beach.

Loved the leather couch! I didn’t feel like I was sitting on dirty upholstery like most rentals. The balcony had a full sun and good wind break for chilly days. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The only drawback was a slight smell in the kitchen that I just couldn’t seem to get rid of. Overall would go there again.

We had an absolutely wonderful relaxing time at this great condo. The location is perfect, close to restaurants. The balcony is awesome, the views are amazing! Communication with the owner was great and check in was easy. Amenities are nice. Will definitely be staying here again.

Have stayed here the last 3 years and we love it! Convenient to everything…beach, restaurants, shopping, and Gulf State Park! Our favorite thing besides walking on the beach is renting electric bikes and riding them on the park trails!

Amazed at the Monarch butterflies that made their way here. Views from the balcony were perfect. Easy access to the beach. Ruby Slipper for breakfast and Coastal for dinner.

Great location. Beach was very nice and well maintained. Condo was well kept and clean with most all kitchenware that you need. The amenities at the phoenix properties were good with the exception of the pickleball courts being in disrepair. My only issue, which is minor, with the stay is that the picture of the balcony, in my opinion, makes it look larger than it is. Holds 4 people fine though. Good stay and would stay here again.

We had a fantastic time! We were a little nervous we had 3 adults 2 teens and 3 kids 11 and under. It was the perfect set up. The kitchen was stocked with kitchen gadgets, beds were comfy and view from the deck was amazing to drink coffee every morning!

Our condo was in a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping and right on the beach! It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, etc. Would definitely stay there again.
