Everything- the location was great and the staff were amazing so helpful.

the property was clean and the rooms were great so there was nothing we didn’t like.

it is all very clean, the location is perfect (super close to the beach and in the middle of the centre near all the restaurants and shops as well), the breakfast buffet has a great selection and is delicious, the pool was lovely temperature as well and the reception is very kind and helpful.

we had a standard room and the bed was quite small for tall and large people, a small thing but a toilet brush would be helpful. the dinner is part buffet and part a la carte for the main course and the menu for the main course doesnt change and we felt was quite bland so would prefer a buffet as well. it is adults only which was a plus though it felt like senior adults only maybe it is the time of year…

The attention to details inside the facilities, the customer care from the staff and the breakfast were great! Especially, Laura from the reception managed to provide us with the best welcoming experience we have ever revceived in a hotel: not only by welcoming us with a glass of great cava, but she also gave us plenty of top-notch suggestions which definitely helped us to make the most in Corralejo!

Elderly might find the steps a little difficult . Not a great choice for vegetarians for a long stay. Ie Ham in the omelet at breakfast and also meat in the mushrooms .

Location was good, the pool was very clean and relaxed area. Bed was very confortable. All very clean.

My friend and I thought the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the food was good. There were plenty of sun beds and umbrellas at the pool area and it was great having the little snacks served twice daily while relaxing by the pool.

At breakfast it would have been better if there was hot water, a selection of tea bags and milk so that guests who don’t drink coffee can make their own tea as the tea served at the table was often lukewarm. There was no extractor fan in our bathroom and a couple of times the poolside toilets had no toilet paper to use.

I booked this hotel back in April, and requested a quiet part of the hotel as it was for a special occasion. Myself and my partner rarely drink, we are very outdoorsy and like to sleep early so we can get up early. We were offered a room upgrade at a discount rate if we wanted a better view. We declined as we didnt care about view. Just a quiet part of hotel. We were put in a room directly facing a live music bar. We didn't sleep the first 2 nights with the noise. I told the reception my issue and was told there was a junior suite available but we'd have to pay for this. We were also told that a room down the corridor may be quieter but it's not available. We should have been put in that room to start with, as I had requested it over 3.5 months ago. It's clear the management only care about money as they have a room they could put us in but instead they want to have it available to people who will pay higher rate. I ended up in tears at reception because we haven't slept. No way to spend a special occasion. H10 have put a grey cloud over what was meant to be a very special trip. Zero help and terrible customer service from a so called manager, who basically sneared at us. I spent over a grand for a week in a room we can't even sleep in. Shame on this hotel. Avoid at all costs. Bed clothes and towels weren't changed.

Great location, with beach 2 minutes away & short stroll from Main Street. Beautiful spacious bedroom, very comfortable. Restaurant & reception staff all friendly and efficient. Food was really good. I loved my stay at this hotel & plan to go back again for a week in October. I was visiting my sister, who lives nearby.

Amazing esperience in a wonderful location in the perfect position in Corralejo. The junior suite was so nice as well as the food and the staff. Special mention to Consuelo and William who were always really friendly. Cocktails were great too! Missing it already!

not much selection of breakfast, pool was shallow & pool area very quiet & a bit dull. We spent everyday at the beach as it had more of an atmosphere. The room was located in the garden area so we didn’t get much light in the room and because we were under trees we got lots of flies & insects on our balcony which meant we couldn’t sit out of an evening without getting bitten.

Lovely, peaceful environment and excellent staff (couldn't do enough). Breakfast was also really great with a fantastic choice.
