The bathroom smelt like sewerage. I booked the wrong room and the correct room was only a few pounds more, they wanted me to pay nearly double more to make the changes. When I was there, there are only stairs and no one offered to help with my suitcase. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Gross room, and bad customer service.

Restaurant down stair is exceptionally good food with amazing attentive staff

Nobody on hotel reception, should have two pillows per guest not one. No TV reception. And tea and coffee not available in room have to leave room to get it

Booked it as we were at a gig at Wembley. Just a short walk away from the train station as well as Wembley stadium. Wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Nothing really the hotel can do about heat but the room was very warm. A fan was provided and helped a bit but the weather was very warm the weekend we were there.

As described really clean and well decorated throughout. Staff were really helpful and location is great for the arena and only a short tube ride into Central London

Too small room even smaller toilets

I liked the room and how clean it is. Guys at the reception were good. Free coffee and tea (even the simplest ones) always nice gesture. We had good experience there.

Just some small details. Some tv channels weren't working properly. In room was quite hot.

Excellent location for OVO wembly concert. Underground 10 mins walk. Comfy bed and lovely clean bathroom, no outside noise from roads. Food and drinks in the bar downstairs were great. Bonus DJ and disco when we got back from the event so could enjoy our night a little longer.

Would have been nice to have kettle in the room.

I am very happy about my stay at the OYO The Arch at Wembley. The staff was friendly and located perfect for the purpose:a concert in Wembley Arena. The room was basic but extremely clean. It had everything I needed inside and a spacious bathroom. The price was excellent as well Thank you, OYO! :)

Despite being very happy with everything, I need to mention a little spot I didn't like, but this doesn't affect my positivity about my stay, and I will go again. The room was in front of another room with a sort of VERY noisy water motor or something. It kept me awake most of the night since the noise was loud and constant. In a way, it was my fault because I changed my initial room for this one, much much cheaper.

Only one pillow on the bed.

Room was very clean, no issues with any stains or hairs etc. Room was quiet considering it was right on top on the bar. Was provided with two pillows, which by the looks of previous reviews this is not always the case. Room size was decent and could have spent multiple nights (Maybe not a Friday or weekend though)

The windows did not shut fully, which considering it was the end room and right next to a busy road, I would have expected this to be working. Bedroom was very warm at all times, even without any radiators on and window open (the main road is quite loud) Was provided with a fan as there is no air con, which is a nice touch however, the fan was quite loud so did not use for more than a couple of minutes. The main reception is often left unattended and I did have to wait 5 minutes for someone to come up and give me my key, which was not a big issue.
