Place is very well located in Igatpuri. Rooms are fine... Staff are friendly

Rooms: Door locks were not there for bathroom. Main door lock was not working properly from inside. You need to use tricks to open the door from inside.. Chairs was not available in flat... Which can be manageble but it would be better if they provide the chairs. Indoor Games.. There was snooker Table, TT table, 3 carrom, but any of them was not in proper working condition.. Snooker table... Carpet of snooker table was in very bad condition..sticks were broken... N we didn't find cue ball at all in the gaming premises... TT: TT ball was missing... And net was in bad condition. Carrom: We were not able to find striker for carrom and no powder was available...

the rooms are not maintained and clean , there were no drinking water or tv channel options. no cupboard with proper utilities , the charge was of a 3 star hotel but facility and service was not of even 1 star hotel

Very bad experience, when we arrived at hotel in the afternoon for check in and last minute we shifted to Rain forest resort due to pest control activity. We were treated very badly and staff were very roude at Rain forest resort and provided us low quality rooms saying delux rooms.

Rooms were not worth and reception staffs were very rude as we were not there direct customers. Bathroom tap was broken ask hotel staff to change the room but they denied saying no rooms available but there were couple of rooms available and might be possible hotel staffs were busy in big wedding booking arrangements. My humble request to all the traveler do not book this hotel you might get surprise like this when you reach at resort and spoil your all planning.

Hotel charged more than it's amenities for family standard room.. So many followup required for room service . Wifi is not working, cleaness is not enough.

The location is very near to highway, but the place is not at all maintained. The property does not provide at toiletries and on demanding at reception, they have a flat answer i.e. we do not provide. The rooms were shady and stinking.its an isolated property ot residential converted to resort. Not at all recommended.No proper food facility. AC was leaking. We had to get it fixed.The surrounding rooms or building spaces are sold for few residential local people and it does not feel good. Anyone , do not opt for this resort . You can find better hotels in similar rates ,atleast you would get services promised.

I liked free and airy space with complete hygienic facilities.. Large & Airy Room with AC facilities.. It is a complete Veg Resturant... If non Veg breakfast to be ordered we had to ask from outside i,e, Hill Top Resturant which was too good outside the gate of Vivant Resort .. Food was too tasty & Reasonable Rate... ****** Rating I am giving it

Morning Tea should be at least provided by at least by 7 am to the room. Veg breakfast was tasty .. The office staff should be little more active. Everytime we had to remind them for each & every thing . But overall it was a nice experience. As the resort was nearby from station.. We got a Rixa very easily by phoning them regularly ...
