No staff around, maybe it because of the holiday??

Telling a guest to go find somewhere else to stay when they complain that someone is trying to get into their room is not great customer service... The young guy working here is incredibly rude and vaguely threatening - he does not like his job and seems to enjoy making people feel uncomfortable. Don't stay here!

Good value for the money in center of Stuttgart.And good breakfast,a large parking area

Everything about the place was awesome. We stayed there as a newly wedded couple for three days.

The apartments should have an option to select between king beds and single beds.

Breakfast was great. The staff was lovely. The room was very clean.

The door is translucent and everytime someone passes outside the lights gets on, so it is super annoying during the night.

Very kind and helpful hosts/owner, great beds, breakfast was very good as well. Location is great to visit cities and nature for hiking. Many restaurants are close by as well as shops.

The shower was leaking a little. But that’s it.

The staff was very kind and helpfull. They are such friendly and nice people. The room was exceptionally clean, the beds are great and the breakfast included is amazing! It looked like the room was almost brand new, because it was very modern and clean. There is also a restaurant with a very good menu and an oppurtunity to stay for a few drinks in the evening. If we pass Kerpen again in the future, we will stay here once again for sure. - Thank you very much for the amazing and comfortable stay!

The room we stayed in had only one "roof-window" opening electric (closing automatically when raining), therefore a little bit damp and dark. But besides that, our stay was absolutely perfect!

Parking right outside the hotel. Nice room with plenty of hot water. Good food and beer.

Modern clean room, good bed, nice bathroom, good bakery nearby. Restaurant of hotel also recommended.

Located in residential area, thus small walk in neighbourhood won't be that interesting.

No restaurant, dirty bathroom

Kerpen is close to the main motorway. Kaufland supermarket with a petrol station 2 minutes drive from hotel. Hotel was very quiet, friendly manager, excellent coffee in the morning located in a, quiet but nice residential area. Good satellite tv with mostly german channels, also news channels in english.
