Great location, friendly staff.

Nothing great place to stay

Our sea view room in the glass tower was absolutely sensational!! Perfect views over the pool and down the Esplanade. The luxurious amenities within the room were excellent including robe, slippers, a mini bar, nespresso coffee machine and a nice big bathroom with a bathtub and huge shower. We had easy access to Rocco's Rooftop Restaurant and to the new Calypso Bar on ground level.

The hairdryer was average compared to all other room amenities and requires replacing. There was no concierge to greet us and assist with luggage.

Superb hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Rooms nice and quiet. A view to die for from the rooms panoramic window. Lovely pool area.

A charge of $100 per night for damages/bond is fair. Still waiting for it back 2 weeks after checkout is scandalous.

The room wasn’t the the same as I understood from booking.com. However the front desk staff made the effort to give me the room that I had thought I booked on booking.com.

ケアンズで新しいホテルに泊まってみたかったので選びました。ホテルそのものは素敵なホテルで、サービスも良かったです。最新のはからいで、部屋にあるTVモニターもエアコンモニターも、タブレットも予約者の名前で歓迎アピールがあった。

部屋の冷蔵庫の中がびしょ濡れでした。多分冷蔵庫の中のどこからか水が出ていたので、たまたま中身のミニバーを確認しに来たお兄さんに話をしたら見に来るような事を言ってましたが来ませんでした。そして、セレクトした部屋がタワーじゃなかったのが残念だったのと、バーも決まった日にオープンするみたいでお酒が飲めなかった。チェックインが14時で荷物は預かってくれたのですが、その前の待ってる時間帯がプールに適した気温と温度でした。もう少し早くにチェックインが出来たら入りたかったな。

Not all staff as accommodating as the exceptional manager , although that’s her job to assure everyone is happy and she did that !.

Beautiful room overlooking the ocean, amazing pool. Buffet breakfast excellent. So was the asian style dinner.

The late lunch in the downstair restaurant was not up to standard.

The 10% discount app was not working for food and beverage. We did address this at the helpful reception and we received a discount on checkout of above 5% of the total food and drinks bill.

The front of house staff were impeccable in there work ethic. House keeping had missed major cleaning issues in the room. Restaurant staff and chefs were good, however bar staff missed several orders or brought the incorrect order.

When we got to our room it had not been cleaned to the standards of the hotel.
