Very comfortable,central location and flexible approach by staff (for example we needed to accommodate two more people in our unit for two days of seven and were able to use a roll out bed for a reasonable price). Also a managed apartment saved us money on food and we could stay in the one accommodation as a family.

Noise of the banging front gate although to be fair that is more a guest issue as the managers hav a clear sign saying please don’t slam the gate.

Very clean and comfortable

Location was good, size of apartment and hotel communication was great. Clean and tidy. Within walking distance to a lot of locations and felt safe.

Air conditioning needs upgrading, very old noisy units in the bedrooms and the one in the lounge just turns off after a short time. The pool surface and the surrounding paving is very hard on the feet and makes swimming too long a bit unpleasant. TV was also really small for the size of the unit, remote didn't work well and WiFi was weak in order to connect your phone/ipad to watch anything. Not a deal breaker by any means, but could use some updating.

Close to town. Clean and neat apartment plenty of room with everything you need.

Property could have had floor mats as it was raining and a little slippery coming from outside

The air conditioning didn't work well. Also some equipment is a bit old. No lifts are in there.

It was a good location. The apartment was fully stocked with laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid etc. I didn't use the pool but from the sound of the kids, they loved it.

TV reception was very poor in the mornings. My only annoyance was my neighbours who moved in on Thursday. A group of men who spent the night outside talking and laughing until quite late. There is nothing the staff can do about the inconsideration of others though.
