Location

Woke up to find bed bugs on my child and all over the bed.

-good location. quiet. lots of parking available -suite with kitchen had everything i needed -bed and pillows were comfortable -terrace was nice but would have been even better with a few chairs

-air conditioning unit in bedroom looked like it had mold on the leuvers -window was broken in living room -room only cleaned once and had to go looking for fresh linens -staff was not very friendly

Rooms were clean

Garbage was not taken out during our two night stay. Lot of noise after 10pm people running around the hallways. Check in was poor as only one person there and we had to line up to check it at 3pm. We got there at 230 and didn't get to our room until 330. Others who got there 3pm to check in had to wait until 4 due to lineup. Need more staff on front desk. Hotel overall is nice but with my young family we will be going elsewhere from now on. With all that said I did find my room clean and beds were comfortable. But for the price you could go elsewhere and get better service.

Location is great. Parking and accessing the property is easy.

I dislike the decor (too dark) and the mattresses sagged on the edges.

Very convenient and friendly

Lobby was bright and airy, lots of comfortable seating and accessible from both sides of the building. Lots of parking. Everything very clean. Rooms comfortable, clean and reasonably modern. Restaurant attached open for late arrivers and early risers.

With the hotel itself no complaints. Very busy 4-6 lane street so can be a challenge turning across to enter or exit hotel parking. Drive to any major attractions. Lots of stores restaurants etc in area but most on opposite side and no crosswalks to cross.

When I moved the pillow to get in the bed there was a live beetle in the bed. It’s summer and no other hotels available at that short notice so I had no choice but to stay wasn’t comfortable sleeping in the bed at all

Great spot, close to everything. Two great restaurants right on site.

Toothpaste spots on wall around sink but everything else was spotless

The hotel is well situated with Dennys and Moxies restaurants around.It helps to rest if one does not want to travel far for a meal.The hotel makes it easy to use self-catering option.

Room space

A few facilities that can improve the customer comfort and rating , like room reservation toiletries to be added when the number of guests exceeds the items available in the room.

Had three dinners. Found staff excellent and very accommodating.

We have stayed here before and it was relaxing. Our stay this time was very noisy. Most of the night and morning.

It wasn't the cleanest. Some staff were very nice, while others were kind of rude. Our key cards hardly ever worked. Almost every time we went back to our room we couldn't get in and we weren't offered any compensation for it, and we were on the 6th floor!

was very loud , you could hear people talking in the next room and hallways . not very sound efficient.

it’s our second stay but there won’t be a third, both times we left tired than when we got there, couldn’t control the heat and it felt like the room had no oxygen. no bathtub to soak and relax after all day on the go, sat down to play a game of cards, not a piece of paper or a pen/pencil to be found. as for the staff they spoke when spoken to. Denny’s and the staff was the highlight of our stay at sandman.
