Check in is at 3:00pm we arrived after a 4 hour drive at 6:00pm and our room was not ready. We weren’t able to check in until 8:00pm because of this we were only able to enjoy our room for 11 hours being in town for medical appointment

It was nearby the area we were attending a concert.

The bathroom was a strange layout with very little room to turn around in the room with the toilet/shower. The main source of discontent was related to check in. Staff would not check us in 16 minutes before the 3:00 check in time. When we returned we ended up in a line up of people back to the door and people were being told they would have to wait an additional hour for their rooms. We had to wait an hour for check in because of what appears to be poor hotel management as checking individuals in as they came would have prevented this congestion of people in the lobby.

Location and breakfast included

Our reservation couldn’t be found, then had difficulty providing room as short. We stayed 2 nights and both nights very noisy well after midnight, room was not cleaned and made up while we were out had to ask for fresh towels very poor management to expensive not worth it.

Comfortable bed, location close to ST john's

Breakfast although included was a terrible buffet with poor selection. You expect more at this price range. When checking out our bill included an extra daily charge of $8.50 ( we were there 3 days, so $25) when asked it was stated as a marketing cost for using "BOOKING" . When using booking I was told there would be NO additional charge ...so I was VERY upset. This was the only hotel with booking that did this ( I had 8 other bookings). Be aware !!!!!

Bathroom should be bigger and the sink put in the bathroom. Everything else was just fine⁰

The room was very comfortable and had fantastic sleeps in the bed. The room was very nicely upgrade. It was also very convenient having a restaurant (East Side Marios) in the hotel.

A little on the pricey side. There were always too many people always standing outside next to the main entrance smoking.

Breakfast was disappointing. Plates and food not hot and service slow
