Staff were very accommodating and terrific location if you are travelling by plane.

Great location if you're flying out early or want to stay in a suburb outside of the super-crowded centre of Madrid. The room was nifty and very clean. GREAT BATHTUB!!! Staff was also really, really sweet. I liked the neighbourhood- a very normal-seeming area with a few decent places to eat. Nice plaza one block away.

Good location with a lovely little square where there are a number of restaurants. Secure paid parking.

Walls seems very thin and it was noisy.

It was very noisy from the floor above (floors are not carpeted so I heard a lot of loud noise - I'm sure the people above were not doing much beyond walking around but it was so loud I thought the garbage trucks were servicing the alley late at night).

Very convenient to Barajas Airport. Quaint, quiet town with pretty plaza, restaurants and (cheap!) bus to airport 2 minute walk starting at 6 am. Very good dinner at Indian restaurant.

The staff was pleasant. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Very warm in the room. The air did not seem to be working. Very small room. Could hear the neighbors through the walls.

The room was an alright size for what we needed.

The entrance to each room you could hear everything from the hall way, this wasn’t ideal for us as we had a flight in the early AM and woke up at 2:15AM.

loved the location to the airport and the local bus service to the airport for 1.5euros.

Everything was clean.

The sheets were cheap and the opposite of soft. The bed was hard. The shower leaked. There was no fridge. Comfort was at its bare minimum. I ordered a cab and was tricked by a hotel employee to go with him instead of waiting for the taxi. He charged me $20 (a ride from there to the airport should be no more than $10) and he did so after we had been on our way for a few minutes already. I felt cheated

location for Madrid airport travelers is excellent. We have stayed there a few times and the staff are always helpful and make us feel comfortable. Also has private, off-street parking on premises
