I liked that it was quiet and the staff were great!

Coming from the states. I didn’t like that there weren’t any wash rags for bathing.

Service and staff were excellent, breakfast was tasty, the pool was great and the hotel wasn’t too far out of town. Staff were also very responsible to questions, requests for assistance and complaints.

The value for money in peak season really wasn’t there for me, although that appeared to be the case for a lot of Mykonos at the time. The hotel offered a negotiated refund of a partial amount following my feedback which I appreciated and did go some way to alleviating my displeasure. But the reality is that the money that was charged really didn’t result in accomodations that met the expectation that sort of price point sets - although I can see the fees are already significantly less than they were which would’ve been more palatable. If you’re after a place to party, this probably fits your bill. But for peace and quiet, I’d have been better off booking elsewhere.

Modern, clean place. Pool area lovely and relaxing. Staff were meticulous about keeping the standards up - resetting sun beds etc. Otherwise the hospitality staff were absolutely the friendliest and attentive team. Amazing how they all remember everyone’s names. They and the front desk team could not have done more for us during our stay. We’d love to come back here !!

Room a little small and could have done with suitcase storage somewhere but that’s a tiny tiny tiny niggle !

rooms are not at the level as they should be, compared how they are advertised - but still good. the street in front of the lower located rooms is noisy and has permanent traffic jam. its a 20min to old town.

From the moment we arrived the staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate us. Organising taxis, cleaning the room twice a day, welcoming us by name. The breakfast was excellent - fresh cut fruit, pastries, you can ask for any eggs you want. We also got a room upgrade to one with a pool view and hot tub. The room was big and spacious for three guests with big suitcases, the bathroom was also big, clean and very modern. The pool is beautiful with plenty of sunbeds, and it wasn't crowded or noisy. Only wished we weren't so busy because we barely used the pool facilities. Overall we are all so pleased with our stay here. We felt like royalty with the service provided and would like to mention Evi at the front desk who was outstanding. We will definitely come back here the next time we are in Greece!
