Lur room was small and not possible to burrow an iron for my shirts, but the beds are good.

Early check in, kids playground, right on the beach, friendly reception and bar staff, good size room

A couple of the restaurant staff were snobby (one very helpful gentleman), poor selection for vegetarians

everything was just perfect.. kind staff, cleanliness, beautiful design, comfy beds. wellness and restaurant (dinner+breakfast) just over my expectations.

Was kind of treated like a criminal. 1st of all they insisted on paying for the full bill during check in. I wanted to add my restaurant meals to the bill but the receptionist would have none of it. She mentioned this would be possible but at check out got separate bills - more work for me in submitting business expenses. My colleagues who checked in a day later never had a problem with this. 2ndly they took my passport for my entire stay. This is very strange considering they had made me pay the entire bill. Not a pleasing welcome at all.

The hotel is in a very nice place, in front of the sea and in the middle of a natural park.

In the winter the hotel is almost empty and short staffed. there was no one attending the bar, breakfast was miserable and most facilities were closed. Existing staff was not helpful and were more keen to chat between themselves than attending guests.

oasi di kufra is one those hotel where one knows pretty much what to expect. its an high standard hotel which could compete for the 5 starts. we loved it and would love to be back there one day

everything is super nice

For breakfast the scrambled eggs and bacon were served very cold, like they just came out the fridge. I know we were off season and during covid but everywhere else we stayed on our trip we at least got warm eggs and bacon.

Breakfast it's very simple, nothing special it was quite disappointing.

For us very good location directly on the beach as we spent most of our time outside on the beach. In the room everything was clean. Room temperature was fine as well since we stayed there in January. Staff was nice. My wife appreciated replenishig coffee capsules every day. Very good breakfast coffee.

The choice of breakfast menu was kind of basic. Instant orange juice.

The location, design

The hotel is clean and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and helpful. The wellness center is just lovely and a must use during a stay. The heating in the rooms worked well.

The room we got is different from what we saw in the pictures of the room on the booking site. The room could use additional amenities such as a simple kettle and tea tray especially in the cold months.

The hotel in on the beach, when you go out the back door, beds are available looking into the sea. All the staff were exceptional, from the reception staff to the staff serving us our breakfast. I would recommend getting a room with a sea view. The sound of the sea is wonderful. Our room was a very good size. We will definitely stay here again.
