Pulizia,colazione ,la posizione

La camera,essendo una camera comunicante si sentiva tutto in poche parole non c'è privacy, la dovrebbero assegnare solo a famiglie.

Posizione carina sul lago di Sabaudia, non male il giardino esterno, ben curato e con tavoli per la colazione. Buona la pulizia.

Non è all’altezza del prezzo e delle stelle. Arredamento delle stanze e delle zone comuni datato e scarsamente curato. Nel bagno sanitari e doccia con scarsa manutenzione. Buffet colazione scadente senza possibilità di servirsi autonomamente. Praticamente assenza di frigobar. Orari di colazione troppo ristretti per una località di mare, soprattutto nel we.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Nice staff and breakfast was excellent. The restaurant is also great. Beautifully kept.

Great hotel however could not give it a perfect score because they listed air-conditioned rooms but it's not true. They would not turn on the AC until the end of May. It was very hot in the rooms. I was not able to rest and neither were the other people from my party in the other rooms. They said to me "Americans are always hot" and I should open the windows. This is not a pleasant thing to say. I tried to sleep with the window open but there was a smell of burnt wood and I was afraid of bugs coming into our rooms. The fan in the room was about to fall off the ceiling and barely moved. So it was extremely HOT! We are on vacation and rest is very important.i asked to speak with the manager but he would not give face.

Wi-Fi di not work well for us. if you need to work on you pc, it is not possible with the quality of the Wi-Fi. did not like that the breakfast was served at the buffet. i like to be free and move around the buffet freely. if there are more than one room at the breakfast buffet you have to wait.

Wonderful location overlooking the lagoon. Great restaurant - try the octopus, and good breakfast. Friendly English speaking staff. Felt completely coronavirus safe.

A bit pricey.

Classy hotel just on the coast of Paola lake. It is a villa that has been modified into an hotel with a manicured garden . Very convenient shuttle service to the sea with availability of sea side services ( with a reasonable overprice)

Internet was not working properly neither for me nor for my wife. I am a rather experience user and I tried everything but the connection was difficult and the speed inadequate to modern standards and for any reasonable work use. Definitely to improve!
