Lage des Hotels

- Ich habe Parking des Hotels reserviert. Rezeptionist hat uns ohne Erklärung auf öffentliche Parking angewiesen. - Weg zum Zimmer hat geführt durch Garten, Korridor,3 Türen, Eingang in anderes Haus Lift ....Das Zimmer war in anderen Gebäude für Personal. Am Letztem Stock. Mit schrägen Dach ohne genug Platz dass man sich aufrecht bewegen kann.: Mann kann sich nicht drehen drin. Das Bett in eine Ecke zugedrückt wo sich mein Mann nicht strecken konnte. Wir reisen ziemlich viel und so was haben wir nicht erlebt. Als ich an Rezeption gesagt habe dass das Zimmer zu klein ist es wurde mir gesagt: "Sie haben das Bild im Internet gesehen"

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, die Altstadt kann bequem zu Fuss erreicht werden. Trotz der zentralen Lage war unser Zimmer absolut ruhig. Gutes Frühstück.

Hôtel extraordinaire tant part le personnel toujours à l ‘écoute du client que part les petites attentions , nos valises avaient été dans notre chambre La chambre petite mais il ne manquait de rien très propre, et literie bonne tout est optimisé mais très bien pensé bravo à l architecte Le petit déjeuner fut la grande surprise , quasiment que des produits écologique Hôtel que je recommande 100%

Petit problème avec le parking

Das Frühstück wäre von der Auswahl gut gewesen, wenn es genug Platz gegeben hätte um ans Buffet heranzukommen u sich was zu holen , es Teller u Tassen gegeben hätte um sie zu füllen, es freie Sitzplätze gegeben hätte um dann zu essen !! Viel zu kleiner Raum u Austattung für die Anzahl der Hotelgäste !!

Location, room, outdoor patio, Staff. Booked a standard room, was upgraded to superior one without asking. My luggage was delivered into my room upon my return from a walk, since I arrived before the check-in time. I appreciated the historical building with modern touch, the location is simply fantastic: central but on a quiet street. The bathroom in my room was large- I have never seen one of that size in Europe in general. Impeccably clean and comfortable. The exterior patio is a great benefit. Breakfast room is lovely and produits bio are greatly appreciated. The options are ample. Absolutely enjoyed my stay, and this hotel will be my choice when I return to Strasbourg.

La chambre était un peu petite et le parking à 25 euros la nuit est à un prix excessif, de plus il doit être réservé à l'avance...

Everything was great. The hotel is well located, staff were very friendly and helpful. Private parking was easy. My dog was allowed. The room very comfortable and clean and with a modern fir out.

We had steep stairs to our room but it was fine. A staff member carried our bags.

The staff were great! They had a lot of great suggestions of places to go in town and they were super friendly! Our room was also very clean and cozy. The bathroom was big and so was our room which we got upgraded to for free.

Nothing really to say here. It was a little off the beaten path but still a good location.

We stayed in a suite, which is in a hidden new building behind the historic old one. Very comfortable and a great value. Excellent location.

Very minor things like not enough coffee pods or the rental bikes being not in perfect order. Overall excellent accommodation

Very good location. Pleasant staff. Very clean. We were lucky to find a place to park on the adjacent street and because of timing, it was free. There is a public car park 100 metres away.

We had a small double which was indeed small. If you had a large suitcase you would struggle. Bathroom good though.

Comfortable room in a convenient but quiet location. Good facilities for bike storage. Staff were really friendly - a special mention for Stephanie who kindly advised on and booked a local restaurant for us on our second night. Breakfast buffet very good.
