Huoneen hintaan sisältyi runsas aamiainen, päiväkahvit ja hyvä illallinen. Parkkipaikan pystyi varaamaan ja maksamaan etukäteen hotellin lähettämän ohjeen mukaan. Parkki oli hotellin oven edessä sopivasti. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelu toimi.

Kylpyhuoneessa kastui koko lattia ja koukuissa roikkuneet käsipyhkeet, kun kävin suihkussa. Mitään kuivauslastaa ei ollut. Ystävällinen kerrossiivooja oli tietoinen asiasta ja saimme joka pävä uudet pyyhkeet. Saapuessamme ulko-oven alla oli villakoiria. Huone oli todella ahdas, koiran häkki ei mahtunut minnekään. Huoneen valaistus oli surkea, ei kattolamppua.

Huone vanhahtava ja hieman kulunut. Kaipasin myös jääkaappia (kesällä olisi hyvä saada juotavaa viileään) ja kenkälusikkaa.

La localización es perfecta porque desde muy cerca salen los tours de las luces del norte y cultura Sami. El desayuno es muy completo y con varias opciones, ofrecen una cena temprana incluida en el precio, muy rica y también café con torta en la tarde. Lo disfrutamos mucho.

Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas pero la cama es cómoda, todo está limpio.

Breakfast was very good, variety of foods and beverages. Tea selections were great and the complimentary coffee available. Service was good and the front desk staff was very kind and helpful.

Dinner was disappointing, not very many beverage options included and the food quality was inconsistent. Did not include any dessert. The steps to the jacuzzi were very slippery when wet and I fell and injured myself. It was also unusual to have to pay extra for the use of the sauna and jacuzzi. There were no towels provided in the spa area as well.

Super Auswahl beim Frühstück. Leider, wenn man vor dem Frühstück abreisen muss, wird kein Frühstück to go angeboten (kein Paket), obwohl bezahlt.

Me pareció todo excepcional,las habitaciones muy bien de tamaño,con camas muy cómodas,el baño amplio y provisto de todo y de marca Rituals! 😍 la ubicación es perfecta,justo en el puerto y a 5 minutos caminando del centro el bufet del desayuno súper!! El de la cena algo más ligero,pero también bueno y lo mejor que todo el día había te y café y por las tardes un variado de tartas que me pareció excelente,sin duda me volvería a alojar y lo recomiendo a todo el mundo que quiera visitar la ciudad y sus alrededores,gracias!

Todo está muy bien. El buffet muy rico y darte un baño en el jacuzzi con el paisaje nevado de fondo es una pasada. Muy céntrico

Por poner algo, poca variedad en el restaurante. Y la ducha no dejaba de gotear.

The hotel was just a short walk from the ferry terminal and town centre, bars, restaurants and tour departure points. (Just be careful of icy paths!) The room was comfortable and had efficient heating and a good bathroom. Staff were very friendly and there was a 24-hour desk. Meals (breakfast and dinner) were decent buffet-style. Afternoon tea was a bonus!

There was no kettle in the room. While tea and coffee were available downstairs, it would have been nice to have a hot drink late at night or first thing before leaving the room.

Breakfast was excellent. In inclusion of dinner in the price made the stay excellent value.

Excellent location right on the harbourside in Tromsø with lovely views from the dining room. The room was big, spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet even given its central location. The evening meal which was included in the cost of the room was tasty. Free tea and coffee available 24/7. Overall excellent value for money and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was so refreshing and committed to complete customer satisfaction on all fronts. The service of the staff was exceptional in terms of helpfulness, cheerfulness and courtesy. The hotel is generous in providing complimentary coffee and tea all round the clock from their coffee/ tea vending machine placed conveniently close to the reception. They provide tea coffee and cakes between 3 and 5 pm and the breakfast and dinner is lavish too ( all included in the price of the hotel) Excellent location for starting point to all tours and transportation.

Clean room, good location.

Parking is a joke, this hotel advertises private parking available, but it cannot be reserved in advance - on arrival I got to know the parking is fully booked and I had to pay for public parking. This is not fair because I selected this hotel due to parking "available". I wanted to book neighboring hotel but they were honestly saying they had no parking. Breakfast is another joke - it is included in the room price but on Sunday it starts at 8:00 am, while at this time I had to be at the airport already. I asked for takeaway breakfast and I was proposed one but extra charged. That's the first time I experienced something like this.

The restaurant was being renovated and we had to go across the street for our meals.

The location and the restaurant/ breakfast staff were amazing.

The fact that cleaning had to be paid and booked extra. The lack of flexibility making us pay a soup to go plus a slice of bread although our booking had dinner included.

The hotel, the meal was good.

I'd like to ask cold breakfast it wasn't only if I paid extra money.

We liked everything starting from entering the hotel until we left. The best thing was every meal is included and the tea/coffee/water bar was open 24/7. Also the staff was perfect and very kind. One of the best thing about the kitchen was that there were options that include vegan and gluten free meals and indications for them.
