Es un hotel impactante, para bien! perfecto para desconectar de la vida cotidiana. Un relax para toda la familia.
Muy buena localizacion en Hintergleim, cerca de todo, pues Hintergleim no es muy grande.
Las tres piscinas son una maravilla, siendo mi favorita la piscina Bio y sus vistas.
La zona de Spa es enorme y reina la tranquilidad. Tiene infinitas saunas y amplias zonas de relax.
Los masajes son muy recomendables tambien.
Las habitaciones son muy grandes con camas muy comodas. El baño tambien amplio y comodo.
Un habitacion para almacenar esquies o bicicletas segun entras, lo cual resulta muy comodo.
El desayuno muy bueno y con horario amplio, cosa importante para un español.
EL personal esta atento en todo momento.
Vamos que son unas vacaciones TOP en las montañas,
volvere todos los años!
El horario de servicio del restaurante: poco flexible. Un dia llegue 5 minutos tarde a la cena y nos quedamos sin cenar, cosa que con niños se covierte en un problema.
Asi que me quede con las ganas de probar los platos exoticos que ofrecian que tenian una pinta estupenda.

Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut und es gab jeden Tag eine andere süsse Nachspeise.
Das vor dem Hotel, die Straßenbauarbeiten immer noch nicht fertig geworden sind, obwohl diese Baustelle mindestens 1 Jahr alt ist.

Das wirklich gute war die Lage. Direkt am Skilift. Schönes Design, aber das war’s leider auch schon. Und das gilt auch nur für die lobby (kerii). Zimmer waren eher lieblos eingerichtet.
1) Zimmer in der Alpenkarawanserei gebucht und dann kommentarlos in das neue Hotel (kerii) ausquartiert worden. Keinerlei Kommunikation oder sonstiges.
2) Service ist praktisch nicht vorhanden. Checkin über ein Terminal, keine Rezeption für fragen, nur ein Whatsappchat. Beim Frühstück gibt es zwar personal, dieses spricht aber weder deutsch noch englisch, der Manager musste permanent übersetzen. Im Wellnessbereich findet man niemanden, die Aufgüsse darf man selbst durchführen. Wenn die Handtücher aus sind, sind sie eben aus, keiner füllt auf. Einen Checkout gibt es nicht, man wirft einfach die Karten in einen Karton. Über den kompletten Aufenthalt hat man keine Ansprechperson, niemand erkundigt sich, ob alles ok ist.

I liked the personnel and the services. The spa zone is incredibly well organised and very comfortable.
The Wi-Fi was less pretty unstable and the speed is not great.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to the gondola, many great hiking opportunities.
The outdoor, indoor pool and the wellness area is cool. I expecially liked the extended opening hour (until 22:00).
The breakfast is outstanding.
They offered handmade soap each day.
Check-in is super easy, joker card already filled out by the time we arrived.
The furniture in the room is very basic and showing sign of usage already.
Same is true for everything, the carpets on the floor, the doors, etc.
A complete refurbishment would be nice because it would be an outstanding hotel otherwise. With these old fashioned and used furnitures, the rooms have a youth hostel feeling.

There was no receptionist available at check in. It was weird. There was no restaurant on Tuesday evening at all, we had to go out, but almost impossible to find a place in the neighborhood without reservation.

Location is superb, right by the chairlift. The Oriental Cafe has awesome Lebanese food and great pizza, the breakfast was also 5 out of 5.
Our room (316) appeared to be the last one in the corner under the roof (attic) and there was no standing shower, which was really uncomfortable and we were not warned about it during/after the booking. Also the sound insulation in our room was quite bad, we could here literally everything that was happening in the neighboring room, even the snoring of the person during the night. I would recommend clearly marking this room as a slightly different one, putting it into a different category to set the right expectations.

Stylish design with particular vibe, comfy rooms with balcony. Breakfast had variety and was very tasty.
spa great with hot saunas! outdoor pools even greater! Perfect location with shops, restaurants and hiking trails around.
We red the reviews before coming, and I can agree to some of them. Don't await the classical expectations from 4* hotels, where the staff will be everywhere to please your every need. The vibe is very relaxed in the hotel and sometimes you need more time to look for some staff member to ask them something. Although they are very responsive!
A Must: enjoy a night out with cocktail & shisha at the outdoor pool.
The spa could be taken care of more (the empty bowl with few nuts stayed there for 3 days and looked very poor).
And there is no personnel at the spa to ask for something.
The restaurant menu is very limited and had limited working hours. Their house cocktails were nice but other ones - nothing special. There are better places around the hotel where you can enjoy your meals.
Still some place to grow.

the spa facilities were amazing and there’s a lot of variety at the breakfast. the location is perfect too, in the Centre of everything.
the rooms are fine but not that cozy, there’s definitely not an Austrian feel to anything. some facilities in the spa could do with fixing, some showers were broken for example.

Located in Hinterglam and made it easy for us to walk around town for the event. Hotel has everything with relaxing cafe and pool area.
Room was small, With open shower design. You have to shower almost on top of the toilet. Makes for wet toilet and TP. Not nice for others staying with you or yourself.
Bed plug was located on one side of the bed. Power outlet was connected to the main light. So when turning off the room light at night turns switch off. No charging of phone near bed.

It wasn’t really clear how the hotel worked, breakfast times etc. In an effort to save paper you got information from a QR code which is great in principle but seemed to be a bit lacking with information.

I do recommend this hotel and would come here again! Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, cozy room made me enjoy my stay. I give top rates to all hotel facilities because it really exceeded my expectations. Thanks for making my first ski vacation unforgettable.

When we arrived we noticed how immaculate the hotel was. Very open which was perfect for our group. Check in was super easy. Room was amazing with even more amazing views! Dressing gown and slippers provided which was a treat. Staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was mouth watering every morning. The spa was really really nice to have after a day of skiing. Rooftop sauna was great also. About 150M from the nearest ski lift, very central location. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back in future. Thank you again.
