We had an after midnight flight and needed a day hotel. Same price as one night but worth it to be able to visit Singapore, rest, use the pool and then shower. Very helpful for a late night taxi as well. Near Raffles and Raffles City area.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

We were forced to pay AUD $700 per night while our daughter was in hospital as the rooms went up from $200 per night due to Taylor Swift being in town. The gym was dirty with some equipment that wasn’t functional, no water/towels. staff not very friendly and when room was made up daily, beds were not made, only towels changed. Completely ripped off paying $3000 for 5 nights. Maybe ok for $200 per night but would not stay again, or recommend to a friend.

Excellent location, walking distance to Bugis which is a fantastic area. 7 Eleven next door. Train stations so close. Would definitely stay there again.

More sun loungers around the pool area.

Good location for access to the MRT, Nationaal Museum, Raffles Hotel etc. The roof top pool was lovely first thing and later in the evening. The staff were very helpful and we were able to shower in the pool area after checkout time, before our late flight.

The restaurant and bar weren't open at all, so it was pricey for the facilities offered. The happy hour posters were still being displayed despite the bar being closed.

Pros: Good location, city center within walking distance. Modern, stylishly dark. Pool on the roof very cool.

Cons: Did not get a baby crib. Shower a bit wobbly and little water pressure. Only partially clean. 150 € per night only justified because of Singapore. In Europe you would get much better hotels for that rate.

I booked for 2 nights but due to flight cancelation I had to reduce to 1 night only. They havent charge me for anything, just reduced price by 50%. Great customer service!

Schöner Einstieg in das Thema Singapur, zumal es direkt an der gleichnamigen U-Bahnstation (sehr gut vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen!) und in sehr zentraler Lage in der Nähe der Orchard Road liegt. Toller Swimming pool auf dem Dach. Schön gestaltete, moderne Zimmer. Spannende Frühstück-Locations in der Nähe.

Sehr zentrale Lage direkt zwischen Bus- und Metrostation, ruhiges Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.

Close to the Bencoolen MRT Station, right next to the SMU in a actuve area with plenty of restaurants and other stores nearby.

The cleanliness could really improve here. Initially, I had flies in my bathroom, stains on the bedsheets etc. This was addressed appropriately but should not have happened in the first place. The new room was cleaner but still was not as clean as I would like my hotel room to be.

Shower booth floor is not much lower than entire bathroom floor so you can’t avoid getting bathroom floor little wet when you take shower since there was no door to close shower booth

Property is located in a great position, right across the street from the metro station. The swimming pool on the top of the hotel is great and it hasn’t been busy in the evenings, really nice to relax and cool off after a warm day in Singapore

Staff… lack of communication overall. The cleaner forgot to clean the room the first day :((.. we had to call the reception for clean towels and to advise that the room hasn’t been cleaned. No feed back or anything about this matter… Restaurant closed In a £200+ / night room you expect a certain level of service No greetings when leaving or arriving at the hotel… Generally we didn’t feel any personal touch.
