The hotel was part of the airport. The pool was fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful. They organized a wheelchair accessible vehicle for us and took our large amount of equipment up to our room for us

It was quite expensive for the size of the room and the distance between the hotel and any of Singapore's tourist destinations although the access to train transport was extremely close t the hotel it took ages to get anywhere

A few things I didn’t like: 1. The guy at the reception was not professional.When I arrived at the hotel to check in, he didn’t smile and greet me and the first word he said was :”passport”. Also, when I handed him my passport, he accidentally dropped it to the ground and he didn’t bother to apologise. 2. The room is clean, however, it does have a bit of mouldy smell. Not sure if it’s because of the weather or bad ventilation. 3. The sheets have holes! This doesn’t meet the standards of a 5 star hotel.

The pool was great, the. Room was awesome. The washing Maschine and the dryer was great. The location is perfect to explore Singapore.

The breakfast cheese selection could be better.

This property was great, abit pricy but yet can't complian as it was right in the downtown.

The bathrooms has glass partition instead of walls. which is not a great idea when you are sharing a room with your colleagues.

Lovely spacious room and appreciated the tasteful design. Great location and fairly smooth check in. Loved the pool and fitness facility though the latter could have been better equipped.

I have to remark that the guest services (telephone contact) needs significant improvement. I am not sure if they were just severely understaffed, extremely busy or both. I made several calls where I allowed phone to ring for 4-5 minutes. then it just got disconnected. I am surprised that this is how the service is attended to and left me quite frustrated as at times I just needed a simple answer such as where can i find an iron in the room. This really needs improvement as it will undermine an otherwise great experience.

I didn't like the fact that we paid AUD$500 for a 4-star hotel with no amenities for transit passengers such as adapters in the rooms to suit our appliances. The USB ports were only for the TV, but you had 4 of them in the room?????? I would never stay at this hotel ever again

Staff were extremely professional and helpful! Especially a gentleman named Anthony was very courteous and friendly. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and inform me about the wonders of Singapore and pointed me towards popular tourism attractions.

The hotel location is a little difficult to locate as it is inside a shopping mall. There is 1 elevator that gets to its reception is on the 7th floor, opposed to the normal 1st floor like other hotels.

Locatie was uitstekend. Op loopafstand van Marina Bay, Clarks Quay en Lau Pa Sat. De kamers zijn schoon te noemen en de bedden liggen heerlijk. De gratis Nespresso cups zijn een prima start van de ochtend.

Voor de prijs per nacht is de sportschool karig te noemen. Eigenlijk ondermaats. Het buitenzwembad zelf is prima maar het uitzicht teleurstellend.

Das Personal. Trotz mehrfachem Nachfragen Wochen vorher und obwohl man uns sagte am Mittag das Zimmer sei leer und werde nun geputzt konnten wir nicht vor 15 Uhr einchecken obwohl wir um 06:30 schon da waren. Frühstück ist viel zu teuer. Das Licht im Bad ist katastrophal, für eine Frau unmöglich sich zu schminken.

Не понравилось отсутствие моющих средств для посудомоечной машины. Ограниченное количество порошка для стиральной машинки, которого хватит всего на 2 стирки. Отсутствие кастрюли на кухне. Каждый день заправляли кровать, но без влажной уборки полов. В первый день не убрали мусор с кухни. Белье постельное не меняли, хотя оно визуально требовало замены. У нас маленький ребенок и после еды остались сладкие разводы на полу, за все 4 дня нашего проживания полы не мыли. Полотенца не меняли. При заселении было всего 2 полотенца, хотя нас трое. После просьбы персонала выдать еще одно полотенце для ребенка, просьба была удовлетворена даже не на следующий день, а только через сутки. Просьба укомплектовать кухню кастрюлей так и не была выполнена.

Отель находиться в 15 минутах ходьбы от всех достопримечательностей. Персонал решал быстро все вопросы. Сделал раннее заселение и пока ждал уборку смог пользоваться бассейном. Это двухкомнатные большие новые аппартаменты где можно долго жить со всеми удобствами. Рекомендую на 100 процентов.

На букинге заказал с аеропорта такси - ждал 40 минут а потом таксист ещё не туда завёз- сказал что не знает. Ещё ушло 30 минут чтобы этот отель найти. Завтраки ранние - за три дня так и неудалось позавтракать так как разница по времени с Европой 7 часов. Как предложение : завтраки для европейцев нужно делать до11:00. А то в отеле нет номеров без завтраков а значит просто переплатил за три дня 100 евро.

Exceptional stay with wonderful staff Excellent accommodation! We stayed there first time and I would like to say that our next stay in Singapore will be there for sure. The staff is wonderful. Anthony was exceptional! Thank you! I understand what is it - client orientation, so, here it was unexceptional awesome. Thank you guys, especially Anthony! Other point. You don’t need to use laundry service, in the lobby floor you have 3 washer and 3 dryer machines. Powder for free. Breakfast was not so huge, but good enough. Location is very convenient for all your needs. Tourist attractions, MRT (subway) station, taxi… So, in other words, I am really excited about this stay!

Dao reception is on the 7th floor - so no assistance on arrival with luggage or where to go. Room Service food was not palatable. A small can of sprite was $7. Happy hour you can buy 2 beers for $14, so 2 large glasses of beer is same price as 2 small can of lemonade?? No 2 for 1 on Sprite?? My room was dirty - I paid extra for a suite - kitchen drawers were dirty. The covers on the couch in the sitting area had dried up food on seats - did not use the sitting room. Staff at reception were not helpful - they really did not care whether I was there or not. More suited to business people than a woman travelling alone.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Centrally located and an easy walk to Marina Bay and all the associated attractions, plus multiple MRT stations within easy walking distance as well (Shenton Way and Tanjong Pagar within about 5 minutes). Staff are incredibly helpful at every point of contact - check in/out, ordering room service, cleaning staff, etc. Rooms are beautifully appointed and large. Dining options are amazing and well priced (for Singapore). Pool has a beautiful view of the water and is usually pretty quiet, and gym is well appointed, although slightly small, but again relatively quiet so it's not too much of a problem.
