Close to the seafront without being noisy. Lovely decor in public areas.

The property does not have enough car park however the free street parking everywhere around.

当天晚上入住后填写好第二天早上的早餐选择和就餐时间，第二天就会按客人的选择提供相应的早餐。这里的早餐是我们吃过最丰富美味的早餐，工作人员热情友善，超过早餐时间10点半后还会询问我们有什么需要添加的。我们订的是4人间家庭套房，实际上里面有2间卧室，房间虽然不大，布置的很整洁可爱，床品干净舒适。酒店距离七姐妹白崖车程20分钟，去景点十分方便。

Breakfast was made to order and ready at the time you scheduled the night before. no time wasted from waiting to be seated, menu selection, or food prep. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Location along shoreline across from park and walking path made for delightful evening/morning strolls.

Most rooms are on second floor so physical capability to climb narrow steps is a must.

The breakfast was outstanding and the chef could not do any more for us. the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. I will not hesitate to use this hotel sgain.

Availability of parking on the streets in Eastbourne is sometimes challenging

The B&B was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable - we had a twin with a bath and shower (no 5). It was on the first floor (no lift) and had a side view. There was a total of about 7 rooms. There was plenty of space for our clothes and also tea and coffee making facilities with a few biscuits each day. We stayed a week and the bed clothes etc were changed twice. The breakfast was really very good and hot (breakfasts in hotels are so often just lukewarm). There was the full English or pancakes or cereals or a bowl of fruit and fruit juices. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful with their knowledge of the town: we were looking for areas to move to so their knowledge was very useful. The place had a few parking spots but we parked in the road, which was free. There was always a space within a block ( the seagulls bombed the car very regularly) but it was off season. The location was great being on the seafront within walking distance of the pier. I highly recommend the place and will stay there again when we go if it has vacancies.
