Its was very bright and airy, it had a lovely it play area for children with some nice stuff for them to do. It also had some lovely places to sit and eat as well as a gym to burn off all the nice food. The showers in the bedroom was really nice and had lovely double sinks so lass waiting around. The hotel was also a few minutes away from the stansted long stay carpark which was perfect for us. Great location for someone going on holiday.
That in a family room the kids don’t get their own bed, they have to sleep on a put out sofa which was like a futon style so was very hard and that the rooms have conjoining doors, this made me uncomfortable.

I am a little bit disappointed. Firstly, the hotel isn't directly at the airport. You must go and find a shuttle bus. Secondly, the shuttle bus is paid…what a suprise, but with this extra costs it was barely better, than the other hotel directly at the airport. Nevertheless, even though the first impress of the room in the hotel was nice, I have to point that some of the equipment wasn't suitable for 4 star hotel. For example cracked door to the bathroom, kinda rusty bin in the bathroom, ripped coach in the bedroom and so on.

Ideal location staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful.
Small room had table and chair but could not use it as lack of space. Plastic cups in the bathroom , not reusable.

No access oof the hotel n foot - apartments are nearby airport, but in order to get there you need taxi or shuttle (which is not available on late ours, also it's charged).

Very accessible from Stansted airport with a shuttle bus to there (for a fee). The room was a decent size with good facilities. Bed was comfortable.
The room was cold. The toilet ran for hours after being flushed. The shower was a bit blocked and overflowed.

The proximity to the airport is the main reason we booked this hotel, before the next leg of our journey.

The bed was very comfortable and the room is very big. The room itself is very clean.
The hotel is very dirty at the lobby with cups and glasses of beer and the restaurant smells. The only nice staff was the waiter and the person who helped with my keys. The receptionist were all not friendly. I think the hotel is understaffed.

Good sized room, clean, helpful staff
It was difficult to find a car parking space. I had requested a space & told to book on JustPark that was £16. On arrival I was asked for £10 for overnight parking, when I showed the message from the hotel that had directed me to JustPark they gave us a drinks voucher for the bar as compensation.

Do you know HG (spray for removing mould)?
It was not good feeling when I found the mould on the shower room.
Please clean more.
Also breakfast food space was dirty.

For some reasons despite checking in as two people in a twin room and ordering a Cab for two. Breakfast was only booked for one.

We used the hotel as a stay over before a flight early morning. The directions into the hotel were excellent, everything went smoothly and booking airport short stay was amazing. Took the stress away at the start of our holiday.
Thought there was an on site swimming pool and had two children with us and whilst we could use the gym the children had little to do.
