Room, breakfast, staff, views, hotel design

Hotel is very beautiful but it needs some renovation (floors, carpets, doors, outside, etc.)

Great facilities, rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff is very helpful. Amazing spa area, great views over town. The restaurant was also very nice and food was really good!

The pool is absolutely gorgeous, particularly the starry ceiling. It's quite and the room was ver very nice. The view particularly from the restaurant was absolutely gorgeous.

The wifi didn't have the best connection. The eggs from the breakfast were dry and clumpy. The member of the staff that greeted us talked very fast kind of seemed like he was rushing us off however the other members were all so polite and nice.

the pool Because wasn’t possible to order and drink the coffee on the pool, and for 4 star hotel this should be changed, the guests will enjoyed, and the hote will make better profit.

The Bar was not open at all. Though the young man on reception kindly served us a drink in the lounge before we went to the restaurant for DINNER.

We loved the architecture of the hotel, super stylish and great views from all around the grounds. Brillant location, easy walk into town and the adventure grounds.

The breakfast was disappointing

Hotel had a nice feel and lots of areas to relax. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of food. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We were able to use the pool and sauna when no one else was there so that was a bonus. Pool was a good size and the jacuzzi was nice. Great views around the hotel and very picturesque.

Limited vegetarian options in the restaurant - we went for the buffet but there was nothing we could eat except for soup.

Basically nothing. Everything felt dated and old. Pool was ok at best. The room was big, so that's a plus I guess.

Room felt dirty with an old carpet with lots of stains. Water had leaked from the refrigerator inside a closet. The balcony had almost no furniture, and the ones there was dirty. Breakfast was a disappointment.

The Breakfast was poor, it could be much better! Need to have more quality on the products and diversity.

The pool

Hotel hasn't been updated since the 70's and is poorly maintained. Entire hotel inside and out needs repainting and repairing. Carpets are worn out and most of the interior smells bad. Had to change our room as it smelled so bad. Restaurant was buffet help yourself only with a poor selection of food and charged over 20 euros each. When I waited for a table nobody responded, so i walked over to a table that was free, was directed to one with 2 seats, I said there are 5 of us and then the waiter started to throw tables across the room to get more seats. Best thing is the pool and gym but the pictures look better than reality. It may have been a 4 star hotel many years ago but I'd barely give it a 2 now. There is a geniune 4 star hotel down the road and plenty of better choices around. Avoid until they renovate and find better restaurant staff.
