Location is perfect with ample parking. Well equipped kitchen and nice balcony

Air con was useless and made very little impact. The shower was a little bit small

Checkin was friendly and quick.

The building looked very run down. Very small room with super tiny kitchenette. The bathroom is comparable to those on a ferry: Tiny/narrow combined shower, toilet & sink. There was hair in the shower, the water in the sink did not drain (or very slowly only). The super tiny balcony had smashed raw eggs all over the (outside) walls! (see images). There were hardly any kitchen supplies. We weren't necessarily looking for a TV, but there was one anyways: In about the size of a postal stamp. If you're just planning to spend the night, it's bearable, but that's about it it. Definitely not worth 80EUR/night.

- we don't have wifi - owner didn't give us wifi password - reception was closed on Saturday from 11:00 to Monday morning (the place you can get wifi password), - little difficulties with getting password to the safe when were our keys (announcement about getting keys and contacting owners were only in French).
