The location is good. Too bad they are not honest in presenting the rooms. It has caused us a lot of distress because of this.

I chose a suite for 2 people and it said in the description: ,,Living room with sofa bed and one bedroom with double bed,, This was what we needed for this trip. Be careful and do not fall in this trap. THIS IS ONE ROOM ONLY. They take picture with the sofa bed and presented as a living room than they take picture with the bed and presented as the bedroom. I have called the manager which instead of apologizing for the error in the system, he was still arguing that what am I seeing is a living room and a bedroom and he printed pictures to show me that he is right while I am standing actually in this single room. I am 50 years old not a 3 year old. Shame on you! You should have taken notice and modify the description on the booking.com and apologize for misleading us with the fake advertising. It was 15th of July and was no were else to stay together as all was fully booked otherwise I would have not stayed one more minute there. We had to go and find another room for my friend in the middle of the night, we got only one tiny room with a twin bed in the whole Ouranopolis because of the holiday. We wished we never booked at Pyrgos Hotel. If I could give you ZERO in reviews that what I would give you for all the distress you have caused us. What a disgrace!

The room was perfect. Modern and really stylish, with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The pool area was lovely as well and was well used by our kids.

The pool bar was sadly closed. It wasn’t a problem, but we never really found out why.

We loved the pool!! Really nice and clean the room. We had a mountain view but it was perfect. Our friends had the pool/sea view room ❤️. It is perfectly located in ouranopoli. Great value for money. We had a good time here 😊

the sunset vue

The room was big and clean, the bed very comfortable, and i had the perfect view of the sunset from my balcony.

I booked the Juinor suite. The room was very nice and clean. Spacious, and it also had a fireplace. I didn't try the breakfast because I always wake up late. It also has a pool. I didn't go on it, but it looks small.

The room was clear and big enough. We were with my wife and 1.5 years old kid. Even the location of the hotel is on the main road, the room was quiet enough for us. The location was perfect, not into the center of the city, but close enough to go for a walk or dinner. The parking is was dedicated to the hotel - which surprised me (in a nice way).

There was no wardrobe in the room. The wifi gets overloaded in some cases, so if you combine PTO plus working days keep it in mind. In case you are with small kid and you are on the second/third floor there is no ramp just stairs

- WFH is easy, as the wifi is good and there are enough electrical outlets - Location is excellent - Staff are very helpful - Parking spots were always available - The bed is comfortable

- The maids did not visit our room for the 5 days we were there. If you ask them to leave toilet paper and body lotion, they’ll do it. I’m sure if we asked them for something else they would have done it. - No insect shutters on the windows

Incredible views, very calm and relaxing place, we were in the Paradise. I can compare the hotel to Elounda Mare resort on Crete like feelings and emotions.
