Paid for the premium rooms on 40th floor. Breakfast afternoon tea and evening drinks all included which was Amazing considering the price to drink in hongkong. Amazing views from the lounge. Rooms were very smart and clean. Decent WiFi. 100% coming back.

Lifts were slow, checkin and check out was slow

The hotel is near many shops and restaurants and is walkable to Fortress Hill Metro, about 250 metres away. The hotel is clean, spacious, and bright, and the staff is professional and friendly.

The check-in process took a while, but it depends on the volume of people, the time of day, and other factors. I hope this could be improved on.

The room was spacious, and I was lucky to get an upgrade. I have stayed here before and enjoyed the service and location. The location is near the metro and has some shops and restaurants.

My only complaint was that checking in can take a long time. I appreciate that it depends on the time of day and many factors, but something that could be improved.

- Superb views from the restaurant, club lounge and viewing deck - Comfortable room with great bath and shower. - Club room has access to the lounge for drinks and snacks at selected times and the restaurant for breakfast which was worth the upgrade. Very comfortable area. The hotel very kindly allowed us to use the facilities post check out as we had a late flight. - Lovely helpful staff. In particular Elma really looked after us very well during our stay, thank you! - And also mentions to Maverick , William and Flora and the concierge desk who all helped with our tourist questions too. - Easy access to metro and tram stops for day to day sightseeing. However Fortress Hill metro is not step free access from street level to the main concourse so, if you have large luggage, a taxi to/from Hong Kong Station makes life easier when using the Airport Express train.

Just the luck of the draw I guess, but the price we paid in January for our April stay on a non refundable club room ended up being a lot higher than had we left it to the last minute (although not as high had we booked even further ahead). Not sure if this is always the case or just one of those supply/demand fluctuations that happen

세시넘어서 호텔 도착했는데 치워진 방이 없다고 한시간 반을 기다리게하는 호텔은 첨이네여 체크인하는데 거의 두시간걸림요

Superb hotel with really excellent staff who went out of their way to make you welcome and to ensure that all your needs were catered for. The staff appeared well trained and positive to their roles which must reflect good management also.

Nothing we did not like, some aspects of the hotel may be dated, but in our opinion that added to the appeal.

Good room, decent harbour views, was clean and comfortable.

For a 5 star I suppose the staff could be a little more welcoming, I’d say this property is more 4 star but it was fine for a few nights stay.

The charges of laundry was really annoying and unbeleivable! It was 10 times higher than any hotel i’ve been to before in my life! Just to wash 3 shirts i had to pay $50 U.S dollars imagin!!

The view from my room was amazing. Facilities in room are full options. The maintenance staff came to help very fast when we had a problem with the drain of bathtub. They have an amazing rooftop.

Room smells stale so the AC has to be on at all times. Curtains difficult to access due to Bulky furniture. Some of the fixings are looking old and tired

The room was a bit dated with old phones, air con system and TV.

The doors in the hall way slam a lot throughout the night. Especially the cleaners rooms. They are very loud and kept us awake. Also there was mold throughout the shower.

The room was spacious with a large desk perfect for getting some work done. Its prime location, just 2 minutes away from the MTR station and bus services, made exploring the city a breeze. Everything was spotlessly clean, adding to the comfort of our stay. A special shoutout to Tiffany, who went above and beyond to make our experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for convenience and quality service!

我一位女性獨自入住，這個性價比實在太高，給10分不夠！地段超棒！地鐵炮台山站走出來1分鐘就到；環境超棒！整間酒店有香氛系統，一進門氣味就非常放鬆；整潔度超棒！親眼見到清潔人員很細膩擦拭每個環節；淋浴設備我要給200分，水超強勁，花灑因為設置高度足夠，灑下來超級紓壓，房間還有浴缸（雖然我沒用上）；床墊我也要給200分，軟硬度適中有夠好睡，每天都一覺到天亮；景觀超棒！雖然我的房型旁邊有兩棟高樓，但景觀依然很遼闊，每天早上醒來看到維多利亞港大景；大廳服務人員超棒，隨時都在且有問必答讓人超安心。重點來了，這個規格配上這個價位，跟台北比真的很便宜！！！！！！

The location is good.

The service standard of its staff. I booked this hotel twice via booking.com and my first stay was good but my second stay was very poor. I and my husband felt so disappointed because the front desk staff gave us a room in lower level which was the last room at the end of the corridor on our check in night. When we entered the room and found that there had bad smell like moldy smell. We therefore respond to the same front desk staff at the reception about the poor condition of this room unlike we stayed last time and asked for a room-change. He told us that there were free upgrade of room last time. He eventually changed another room to us but sounded very impolite who seemed to question our complaints was asking for room upgrade. This was not true, in fact, we just requested for a room change no matter this was upgraded or not!!!

I was upgraded to a larger room. Very spacious and clean, with a bathtub. Nice view of the harbour.

All was great.

La ubicación, la limpieza y el trato del personal.

Me pidieron una tarjeta para hacer un depósito de fianza de 6000 HKD por dos habitaciones, el problema es, que me bloquearon esa tarjeta para el resto del viaje, si no llego a llevar otra, no se que hubiera pasado, es una auténtica faena. No entiendo como habiendo pagado la habitación por adelantado hacen estas cosas, es una faena tremenda. Por este motivo, yo no lo recomiendo.

Lage ist spitze mit Blick auf den Hafen. Personal extrem freundlich u. hilfbereit. Hotel ohne Frühstück buchen und unbedingt vor Ort Frühstück im 49.Stock separat zubuchen. Traumhafter Blick über Hongkong schon beim Frühstück. Auch das Abendessen ist Sterne würdig. Lage sehr gut U-Bahn ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Zimmer sauber und Ordentlich.

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Renovierung würde anstehen

We liked everything, right from the time we were greeted so warmly by the Guard outside till the time we reached our room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we entered, we were well greeted at the check-in counter and Wincy, who was confirming us understood our problem and upgraded us to an Executive Room. Special thanks to Tony who made our stay so worthwhile in HK informing us about places to go and how to go. The 41st floor restaurant and its view is breathtaking. The rooms were amazing and the fitness centre with its spa and swimming pool area is out of this world. This is a MUST STAY hotel in Hong Kong. With the metro at walking distance, 7/11 at a stone throw walk, Park & Sons grocery store and some fab restaurants nearby, we did not have to go anywhere looking for a quick snack or knick knacks for the room. The small garden behind the hotel is also beautiful to sit and have a beer. There is no traffic or noise that end.
