The view was spectacular! The warm welcome and complimentary wine, which we loved so much we will search for it at home. The breakfast was delicious and extremely generous. What made Aria so special, however, was the outstanding staff. Stacy made our stay unforgettable because of her very warm welcome, insightful suggestions, efficient and friendly interactions, and thoughtfulness. Alex was incredibly helpful and kind. The Aria team seem to genuinely care about your experience when you’re staying with them. Stacy runs the hotel as if it were her own business, which makes all the difference! Thank you Aria for such a memorable stay!

The rooms were spacious, gorgeous and very comfortable. The view was outstanding. The breakfast was amazing each day and the staff was really incredible!

We loved Aria Suites! It was beautiful with great views! The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brought to our suite which made us feel like royalty!

The breakfast was OUT of this world. A huge breakfast with lots of variety. The most tasty muffins I’ve ever had in my life. Me and my friend still talk about them and we travelled here 2 months ago. The location was great. The best thing about this place was the excellent customer service. Stacy was extremely kind friendly and warm and made us feel so welcome. We really liked her.

The amazing views and the great breakfast served to your door. Probably the best accommodation I've stayed in considering value, views and breakfast. Could not fault it one bit. Nothing was too much trouble for the great team of staff.

Cleaning wasn't great. There was a lipstick stain on a glass when we arrived and still wasn't cleaned off the next day having left it in the sink. Attention to detail is just not there. Also there's a champagne breakfast mentioned on the site that never materialised.

It’s still off and we leave tomorrow Hot tub not hot Three chairs in room Asked for a fourth and didn’t come Champagne not ready They confirmed delivery, it wasn’t Didn’t get WiFi info until I asked for it Never showed where the pool is Tried to alter breakfast, contacted via email, phone, and knocking on reception. - no answer on any. Breakfast came unaltered and 25 mins late. Website states 24 hour front desk, but when we call they pick up about 1/10 of the time. Update: as of 10 sep, the AC and phones are still not fixed. I called 8 times this morning to the front desk and no answer. I identified that to Amar and he let me know that Stacey doesn’t come until 0900 am. Despite the website saying there is 24 hour front desk service. Breakfast didn’t come with coffee until we asked. No yogurt, no fruit, very inconsistent service the entire time. My sons blue blanket was lost for a Couple of hours during our stay due to the housekeeping taking it with linens. I understand mistakes but am seeing a pattern over all with negligence. This hotel came recommended number 1 on santorini Dave’s website for best family hotel In santorini and was worth the extra cost. I am Going to message him about our stay becasue it did not match with what was described. Finally according to your website, we didn’t experience the luxuries offered. There were no menus or drinks offered while we were pool side. We often saw employees walking around chit chatting. Definitely poor and lazy service. Upon checkout the hotel manager said they were going to get with booking to refund us 1 night. We waited a few weeks to follow up and we have not received a refund or a reply. Completely ignored, which is so disappointing.

Everything was fantastic. Fantastic location (secluded but very central) amazing staff who were super helpful and friendly. Clean rooms and wonderful breakfast served right to your room. A big plus was having a nice pool to cool down in when it’s hot.

There really wasn’t anything we disliked. Super hotel and would stay there again for sure!

We spent a glorious week in Santorini at the Aria suites and enjoyed every moment. Staff are very professional, warm, polite - will take care all your needs and wishes. The location is ideal for those who like it quiet at night, but be in the heart of town with great restaurants and cafes within 5 min walking distance. Breakfast very delicious and was served right on our balcony to enjoy amazing view during the meal. Rooms are very clean and cozy. Highest recommendations, especially for Aida suites, which has the best view to caldera and all over the island - to enjoy both sunrise and sunset!

Comfortable bed, spacious villa, nice staff!

Pool was on another level and with 3 kids it was not safe to go in the jacuzzi and then go down the slippery stairs to the villa. One kid of ours fell the first day there, she fell all the way down the stairs and luckily she didn’t get hurt, only scared and never got in the jacuzzi again during our stay. The jacuzzi and breakfast area was not private as other guests shared the stairs down passing our villa entrance. A big minus for the money spent as it was uncomfortable and not relaxing knowing anytime the other guest could walk by.
