The view was excellent .Location is perfect as everything was nearby .Just a walking distance from bus stop.

The location of this accommodation is great - right in the middle of Fira, walking distance to all cafes, restaurants and shops. Pool is lovely and peaceful with an amazing view over the caldera. Balcony overlooked the caldera with had amazing views. Breakfast was brilliant and served over the caldera with a spectacular view.

Loved these apartments. Location was very central. Breakfast was lovely and staff were all friendly and helpful. The view from the rooms were Amazing and we caught the sunset on our balcony most nights. Comfy beds. Breakfast was served on the roof every morning. Pool was lovely and clean and nice walk down, again great views.

Beds not very comfortable, pool is small and very limited in sun loungers, plus no umbrellas open for customers who like some shade, so no sure if worth considering if looking for hotel with pool, for me it's a no,but this is my view, lots will disagree

My shuttle couldn’t go up the block and we had to climb up a hill with luggage. An employee finally met us when we already had completed the walk up the hill on hot weather 😏

Incredibly handy location and we were given a very spacious room that despite being literally 10m from the busy street it was incredibly quiet. Our hot tub was wonderful and our balcony was huge

wow! 10/10 could not fault this property. Staff were so accommodating helpful & friendly. Location was perfect, so many facilities/restaurants & bars all within walking distance. Best view of the caldera! breakfast was amazing & plenty of choice. Rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. Would 100% recommend this property to anyone coming to stay in Santorini - you won’t be disappointed! can’t wait to come back!! thank you once again

only small criticism would be that it can be rather noisy in corridors however not an issue at all.

The location is the best in Fira. Magnificent views one side ,on the other the heart of the city. The quality all around the place was spot on. Excellent breakfast, the staff were very polite and helpful. The bed and bed were first class. Just can't fault the hotel.

Just one occasion the at breakfast time the place was very busy and the service was very slow. The reason for this is the breakfast place is also open to the public at the same time so they have no control over how many people are there at once. Not what you want when you have a boat trip booked.

The staff were so friendly & helpful, perfect location near lots of restaurants, bars and shops, stunning views from the balcony, room is very clean and spacious.

The inside of the rooftop bar/breakfast room was very dated and needed “cheering up” with warmer colours and trendier furniture
