Great location next to the airport.

Very bad behaviour from the ladie at the Reception. She spoke very poor English but also her attitude was very disrespectful. She didn't want to put a stamp on the invoice for no reason.

We stay here on our road trips and it's always clean, the staff are friendly and pleasant and always try to help if they can.

Very nice stopover point. 24 hours reception with attentive staff. 16 - 20 mins walk from Biarritz railway station. Easily accessible by car, too. It is very close to the airport but unless you are supersensitive you'll not have a problem with the occasional plane. Bear in mind it is 3km from the centre and the coast. There are buses, so provided you have Google Maps you will be alright. The Number 5 stops just 1 min from the hotel. Biarritz itself is pricey, so that 3km distance also makes it a lot more affordable for people keeping to a budget.

Close to the Airport, good breakfast lots of choice.

The room was cold had to ask for a heater. The air conditioning wasn't working, hot or cold!
